The goal of education is to support students' human potential development. Education is seen by Indonesians as the country's battle. History has demonstrated that ties and exchanges with the Islamic civilization, which is presently undergoing growth, are inextricably linked to the highs and lows of education. With the rise of Islamic education ideas, this is undeniable. History reveals that the Abbasid period, which reached its zenith, is when Islamic educational philosophy started to take shape. The idea of education, which includes children's education, educational objectives, and educational principles, was first articulated by Al-Qabisi.It is impossible to learn about other objects that have a higher ontological status, namely immaterial reality, without the presence of the five senses, according to Ikhwan As-Shafa. Only the five senses are capable of perceiving objects in the form of material-physical reality that are present in space and time. metaphysical. The As-Shafa Brotherhood's profound admiration of the senses demonstrates the significant influence of Aristotelianism in their epistemological thought. In this regard, they even venture to promise that, provided all circumstances are met, there will be no errors made by the senses.
Yazidul Busthomi Justsinta Sindi Alivi Abd Haris Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Insyiroh: Jurnal Studi Keislaman http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-28 2024-03-28 10 1 27 50 10.35309/alinsyiroh.v10i1.7405 A Study of The Relevance of The Concepts of Taxes in Islam (Abu Yusuf's Philosophy Perspective) https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/alinsyiroh/article/view/6554
This study aims to examine the relevance of the concept of tax in Islam according to the perspective of Abu Yusuf's philosophy. This is because the study never ceases to be debated. In addition, Islamic law is required to continue to evolve and adjust to the times. The purpose of this paper is to understand 3 things: First, at a glance, an-Naim's thoughts related to Islamic law (sharia). Second, the methodology used in reformulating Sharia. The third is the idea of the future of inclusive Islamic law that spans the space and dynamics of the social development of society. The data were collected using a literature research model, a text-text approach in the form of books and articles. Then it was analyzed using data examination, classification, analysis, and followed by verification. The results found in the form of: 1) Sharia in an-Naim's view is not only fixated on the text of the Qur'an and Sunnah, but more than that it needs to be reinterpreted by looking at the context and reality that occurs today. 2) The methodology used by an-Naim is naskh-mansukh, by removing verses but not permanently (delaying the application of irrelevant verses). 3) The idea of an inclusive future for Islamic law is to provide space for every human being, the concept of equality in the realm of religion, ethnicity, race, and so on. This includes the renewal of criminal law, human rights, and international relations. The result that can be concluded is that Islamic law is acceptable to every community to be a role model that reflects progress and harmony with human life that has an impact on the benefit both in the Islamic world and internationally.
Muhammad Syihabuddin M. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a field study approach from anthropology and sociology. The collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis processing techniques use reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that first, the process of implementing the Boho Oi Mbaru Tradition is the Boho Oi Mbaru Tradition, a custom of the people of Dompu Regency at weddings. This Boho Oi Mbaru tradition is carried out before the wedding ceremony. In this tradition, only the bride is bathed, while the groom is not bathed. The aim is to hope that the bride will not act like she did when she was a girl, and the community believes that carrying out this tradition can produce offspring who are worthy and obedient to their parents, and diligent in worship. Second, the view of Islamic law regarding the practice of Boho Oi Mbaru in community marriage customs is permissible because looking at the procedures for its implementation and its purpose there are no elements that give rise to sharia arguments, as long as the community customs do not conflict with the Koran and al-Hadith then permitted, unless the custom violates the provisions of Islamic law. Thus, it is necessary for the Dompu community and government to be able to maintain and maintain the identity of the Dompu in all activities, especially at weddings..

Amrin Amrin Sugiyarto Sugiyarto Su’ud Su’ud Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Insyiroh: Jurnal Studi Keislaman http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-28 2024-03-28 10 1 110 133 10.35309/alinsyiroh.v10i1.7171 The Phenomenon of Fast Fashion on Environmental Pollution from The Perspective of Al-Qur'an https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/alinsyiroh/article/view/7409
The fast fashion phenomenon has become the second most controversial pollution industry in the world after the petroleum industry. Researchers want to instill the values of religiosity and environmental balance to answer the phenomenon of fast fashion and its impact in the Qur'an. The research method used is qualitative research with a type of literature through an analytical descriptive approach and maudhu'i method, through two data sources, namely primary sources in the form of the Qur'an, and secondary sources derived from several studies of tafsir books, journals, and scientific videos about this phenomenon. The researcher concludes that the phenomenon of fast fashion according to the Qur'an is included in unjust behavior that can de-stabilize the earth (Hud verse 116). This phenomenon arises because of the excessive attitude of humans in obeying their lust for fashion (Al-A'raf verse 31 and Al-Mu'minun verse 71). Basically, humans have been given the mind to think about cause and effect (Al-Jatsiyah verse 13). Because, the impact of the fast fashion phenomenon on environmental pollution according to the Qur'an includes the cause of destruction on earth (Yunus 40), pollution of land and sea (Ar-Rum verse 41), irregular industry that makes the environment a mess (Al-Baqarah verse 205), and includes deviant and useless actions (Al-A'raf verse 56).
Luthviyah Romziana Izzah Nurin Nabila Noah Salomon Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Insyiroh: Jurnal Studi Keislaman http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-28 2024-03-28 10 1 134 153 10.35309/alinsyiroh.v10i1.7409 Social Media Activities by Women with Iddah Period Based on Islamic Law Perspectives: Study in Sei Lepan Subdistrict community, Langkat Regency https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/alinsyiroh/article/view/7483
This research aims to (1) determine the social media content of women with Iddah period while using social media in Sei Lepan Subdistrict; (2) to determine the understanding of women with Iddah period regarding the limits of using social media during Iddah in Sei Lepan Subdistrict; and (3) to figure out the study Islamic Law concerning limits on the permissibility of using Social Media for Women with Iddah period.
