This research aims to review the process of implementation of character education on early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik and to know the supporting factors and the inhibitors. Technique of data collection is&nbsp; by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data is with three stages, the reduction of data , presentation of data, and withdrawal conclusions/ verification</p> <p>These research findings can be concluded that the implementation of character education early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik is through three rounds of including planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning in the process of the implementation of characters education is begun by inserting the character values into the school curriculum, annual program, semester program, Program of Learning Plan weekly/Rencana Program Pembelajaran Mingguan (RPPM), and Program of Learning Plan dayly Rencana Program Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH). The process of implementation of character education is integrated in learning activities , exemplary, and habit.While the scoring in the process of applying character education integrated in the assessment of learning and spontaneous assessment conducted by educator.</p> <p>In the process of the implementation of character education in RA Sabilul Huda there are factors that support and inhibit. The factors that support the implementation of the character education are the charge of character education in the school curriculum, the motivations of school for the quality of output, the infrastructure that supports for the implementation of character education is enough. While the factors that inhibits the implementation of the character education are different characteristic students, the different environmental of students, the funding of character education still charged fully to the school, the students readily not focus, and the monitoring of the center of curriculum is not enough.</p> Muhammad Syaikhon ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2019-09-04 2019-09-04 5 2 1 9 10.35309/alinsyiroh.v5i2.3513 BAANTAR JUJURAN DALAM PERKAWINAN ADAT MASYARAKAT BANJAR <p>Baatar jujuran adalah prosesi adat dalam perkawinan pada masyarakat Banjar, dan dilakukan sebelum berlangsungnya perkawinan. Baatar jujuran adalah pemberian dari pihak laki2 kpd pihak perempuan, berupa sejumlah uang yang besarnya ditentukan oleh pihak perempuan. Jujuran berbeda dengan mahar. Jujuran biasanya lebih besar dari mahar, karena fungsi jujuran adalah sebagai bantuan untuk melaksanakan resepsi perkawinan dan juga untuk modal awal berumah tangga. Dalam pelaksanaan membayar jujuran, kadang diminta oleh pihak perempuan telalu tinggi, sehingga menghambat terlaksananya perkawinan, ini bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam. Disamping itu pula, ada juga yg menentukan jujuran dengan bermusyawarah sehingga tercipta kesepakatan, ini sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Ada lagi yang menentukan jujuran dengan istilah, “sapambari”, artinya seikhlasnya, dan ini juga tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam. This method of research is done by reading reference books, journals and other media related to BMT. The concept of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil is to develop productive businesses and invest in developing the quality of macro and small economic activities, in part, it encourages savings and financing its economic activities. BMT is made up of two main functions: Baitul Tamwil (property development home), and Baitul Maal (treasure). This study shows that BMT has the potential to increase economic growth in Indonesia. The discussions about curriculum development are very diverse which consists of elements (1) planning;&nbsp; (2) implementation (3) evaluation.&nbsp; But in this research, not all elements of curriculum development are a concern, but will only be focused on the curriculum planning element done by SMA 1 Kediri.&nbsp; This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study.&nbsp; Whereas in collecting data using participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation.&nbsp; And the data collected was analyzed using an interactive analysis model.&nbsp; The results of this research show that curriculum planning in SMA 1 uses a parallel model through three stages, namely (1) strategic planning, (2) program planning and (3) planning of learning activities by producing products containing multicultural dimensions through processes that also contain dimensions&nbsp; multicultural</p> tri wahyudi ramdhan ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2019-09-04 2019-09-04 5 2 39 53 10.35309/alinsyiroh.v5i2.3516 FIKIH ORGANISASI (Reaktualisasi Sejarah Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Di Indonesia) <p>Historical facts state that NU was an organization that was originally founded by religious scholars of pesantren, before the birth of NU in Surabaya in 1926. In 1961 as the golden age of the beginning of the nation's awakening (Nahdlatul Wathon) because at that time Indonesia was under colonialist rule, the pesantren religious scholars as the central figure in the struggle for independence of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia no longer prioritized the Islamic group which was limited, but rather a universal policy for the rise of the nation and in the context of the struggle to drive out colonialism. In its historical roots, as a center of freedom movement fighters, Nahdlatul Wathon was then followed by the establishment of Nahdlatut Tujjar (Resurrection of Traders) which was an attempt by the religious scholars to build and develop the economic independence of the community, rival and drive out the economic development of the colonizers. Nahdlatut Tujjar's struggle which later became a practical warrior in the economic sector, in addition to his struggle in the national sector through Nahdlatul Wathon. The NU Autonomous Agency is an NU Organizational Tool that functions to help implement NU policies, especially those relating to disadvantaged communities.
