Abstract

To provide financing for the murabahah, if the financing is already under default, then it can be categorized as off-balance or off-balance. The study involves a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques do interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive research, the kind of research that USES a combination of literature and field research, the results of the study explain that financing procedures applied in BPRS to the practice of financing murabaha should be said to be good, since in doing so, everyone who wants to become nasabaha financing murabahah in BPRS should qualify and apply procedure, The factors that cause troubled financing will be internal and external factors, problem financing management strategies on BPRS use reconditioning (reconditioning).
