ANALISIS FATWA MUI KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN NO. 2 TAHUN 2016 TENTANG JJS BERHADIAH

Abstract

MUI Pamekasan regency published guidance about a healthy walk (jalan-jalan sehat) with a gift. In implementation, in part of healthy walk, the committee usually sold the ticket containing series nomber for joining the healthy walk. The committee occasionally  sold a product of supporter that even by including ticket with a price. The ticket sale result or sale result the product –supporter even- plus ticket containing series nomber was used to give a gift after lottery and used for committe accommodations. MUI Pamekasan Regensy throw the fatwa committee of MUI Pamekasan Regensy, discussed and examined about the healthy walk by sale a ticket  to get islamic law clarification which operated by some  organization in Pamekasan. Commonly, to the even of healthy walk with a gift, MUI Pamekasan Regensy got the reality that the  even organizer of healty walk that (1) money game/maysir (the even organizer of healthy walk collected money and etc. by making use of that even, (2) Ighra’ (the strongly situation of participant that even to get gift or some money without hard work), (3)  /  in in the guidance [guidance about a healthy walk], MUI Pamekasan regency explained detail about the prohibited of healthy walk by sale ticket (which prohibited by syari’ah –islamic law determination) based on fikih bai’.
