Corruption crimes in Indonesia from year to year continue to increase and increasingly variant forms of corruption behavior, so that with all considerations the Indonesian government creates auxiliary institutions devoted to dealing with corruption. The auxiliary institution is the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), however, until now, corruption behavior has also increased. Therefore, researchers here offer to deal with corruption in Indonesia with the concept of the Qur'an through the theory of gratitude with a thematic method focused on literature review. From the results of this study, it can be said that human awareness of what has been obtained will form a good character and personality and has implications for daily behavior. Gratitude is a form of positive emotion that can develop into a personality trait with good morality and has implications for influencing individuals in responding to something or situation. So that the positive emotions of gratitude can have a positive impact in preventing corrupt attitudes and behaviors. Where individuals who have high gratitude tend to be resistant to actions that violate morals.

Nilai-Nilai Spritual dalam Tradisi Tahlil Pasca Hari Raya Idul Fitri di Dusun Lanpelan, Sana Laok, Waru, Pamekasan

The results of this study prove that the tradition of post-Eid al-Fitr tahlilan activities for three days by alternating each resident has been going on for a long time. This tradition is basically a medium for sharing, praying for each other, strengthening friendship, and in order to preserve spiritual values in the month of Ramadan. More than that, this tradition becomes a medium of da'wah for the community. In addition, the tradition of tahlilan activities and joint prayers after carrying out Eid prayers is a way carried out by residents of Lanpelan Hamlet, Sana Laok Pamekasan to preserve spiritual values. The values contained in the tradition, the perspective of social verses, include the spirit of almsgiving, working together, instilling an attitude of solidarity and maintaining harmony. This research uses a qualitative approach, taking the location of Lanpelan Hamlet, Sana Laok Waru, Pamekasan. Technical analysis used in this study is interactive analysis, such as data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Data collection methods through observation, interview and documentation techniques.

Rekonstruksi Teori Emansipasi Wanita melalui Analisis QS. Al Hujuraat Ayat 13 (Membangun Pemahaman Holistik terhadap Hak-Hak Perempuan dalam Perspektif Islam)

This study aims to reconstruct the theory of women's emancipation through QS analysis. Al-Hujura atAyat 13, with a focus on building a holistic understanding of women's rights from an Islamic perspective. Along with the dynamics of women's emancipation today, this study highlights the links between emancipation theory and its implementation in everyday life. General discourse regarding women's emancipation, especially regarding careers, can limit women's life choices. Therefore, the emphasis on understanding that emancipation should provide choices and equality does not limit the diversity of women's life choices.

An in-depth analysis of Islamic interventions in the context of emancipation theory highlights fundamental questions about the explicit goals of emancipation. It is important to understand whether emancipation is simply to support women's career trends or also aims to address issues of racism and equality. This study encourages modern Islamic society to carry out in-depth analysis of new cultural phenomena and update thinking patterns in order to face risks and controversies during the implementation of reform ideas.

The history of women's suffering before the rise of the emancipation movement is illustrated, showing how the emancipation of women in Indonesia, pioneered by RA Kartini, has changed the social paradigm. The theory and application of emancipation, as outlined by Frantz Fanon and Mary Wollstonecraft, provides a broad perspective on women's struggle for liberation from legal restrictions and equality. However, it should be remembered that emancipation should not exclude women's rights as housewives.

The study also highlights the concept of equality in Islam and how the Koran emphasizes that a person's glory in the sight of Allah depends on the level of piety, not gender. By understanding the anatomical differences between men and women, Islam recognizes the different but equal functional roles of both. Therefore, women's emancipation in the Islamic context should provide freedom of choice without limiting life choices, respecting the role of housewife, and balancing career and family life.

In this paper, Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic hypothesis is utilized, in particular triad (representamen, object and interpretant) to uncover the stages in regards to the denial of Khamar in the Qur'an as a sign. Metode Ijtihad dalam Islam

This research aims to explain the method of ijtihad in Islam. The research uses qualitative methods by collecting data that can support this research both primary and secondary data. The results and discussion of this research include the definition, legal basis, position and function, object, and division of ijtihad, as well as the requirements of people doing ijtihad (mujtahid). The conclusions of this research are: (1) Ijtihad is: the process of earnest work with all the efforts of Islamic law experts (faqih - jurists) in exploring and determining the laws of sharia, (2) The legal basis for ijtihad is QS. An-Nisa: 105, QS. Al-Anbiya: 78-79, QS. As-Syura: 38, several hadiths of the prophet and the atsar of Caliph Umar, (3) The position and function of ijtihad is a means for Muslims to find laws and solutions to developing problems, (4) The object of ijtihad is zhanni matters, as well as laws that have no nashnya and ijma of the scholars, (5) The division of ijtihad is: fardi ijtihad and jama'i ijtihad, (6) The requirements for mujtahid are understanding: Al-Qur'an and sunnah, ijma, ikhtilaf, ushul fiqh, qiyas, Arabic language, maqashidus sharia, and reality, and have credibility.

Resolusi Konflik Keluarga Dengan Pendekatan NVC Dan Tasawuf

Abstrak: Keluarga sering disebut sebagai bagian kecil dari masyarakat hal ini dikarenakan keluarga merupakan unit terkecil dalam struktur soaial yang lebih besar. Keluarga juga sangat berpengaruh pada dinamika sosial yang lebih luas dalam masyarakat, untuk itu kerukunan dan keharmonisan dalam keluarga perlu dijaga agar tidak mempengaruhi dinamika sosial. Kendati demikian dalam realitas sosial konflik sering kali terjadi dalam keluarga. Artikel ini membahas pendekatan Nonviolent Communication (NVC) dan tasawuf sebagai solusi efektif dalam meresolusi konflik keluarga. Metode penelitian meliputi wawancara, observasi dan partisipasi aktif untuk menganalisis perubahan sikap dan pemahaman anggota keluarga terkait konflik. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang konfrehensif mengenai efektivitas pendekatan tersebut. Studi kasus mengilustrasikan penerapan konsep NVC dan tasawuf dalam meresolusi konflik keluarga.hasil nya menunjukan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang harmonis dan memperkuat hubungan antar keluarga.diharapkan artikel ini dapat menjadi panduan praktis bagi keluarga yang mengalami konflik untuk mencapai kedamaian dan keharmonisan terutama dalam keluarga muslim dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai tasawuf.
