Although Islamic education in general, and madrasas in particular have not become the object of regional autonomy, at least the community hopes that local governments will use this decentralized moment as an entry point to participate in the implementation of Islamic religious education. This research is a library research, in which documents as a source of data can be obtained either directly or through internet browsing. The results of this study include: (1) the regional government issued a policy to take part in the implementation of Islamic religious education; (2) the form of regional government policies in the implementation of Islamic religious education consists of: regional regulations (provincial/regency/city perda), regional head regulations (Pergub/Perbup/Perwali), and development activity programs; (3) the substance of regional government policies in the delivery of Islamic religious education targets the education curriculum/material, teacher competence, educator welfare, and educational infrastructure.</p> Ismail Ismail Ahmad Fauzi Copyright (c) 2022 FIKROTUNA 2022-07-28 2022-07-28 15 01 2062 2085 10.32806/jf.v15i01.5245 Implementation of ICT (Information, Communication, and Technology) Based Fiqih Learning in Class XII of Madrasah Alyah Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan <p>material provided by the fiqh teachers to be more effective and efficient, it is necessary to apply learning that can motivate and stimulate students to be enthusiastic in learning. One of them is by utilizing ICT (information, communication, and technology) or ICT-based learning media (information, communication, and technology) or what we often call ICT (technology, information, and communication). This study aims to explain how the implementation of ICT-based learning media (information, communication, and technology) in the learning process of fiqh education in madrasah aliyah. This research method is qualitative research. The nature of this research is descriptive, namely regular decomposition analysis, so the whole concept of providing understanding and explanation to get a description of the results. The data analysis that the writer uses in this research is an analysis of the tracking process and systematic arrangement, field notes that the authors have obtained from interviews, observations and other materials so that the authors can report the results of the research. Especially about the history and comparison of multicultural education systems in Turkey and the Netherlands. The research method used is a historical-based qualitative method, considering that the data to be studied is an event that has occurred. This historical research approach is carried out by reviewing library data (library research). The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis by discussing the data from primary sources readings with secondary sources reading data. The results show that these two countries both apply the ideology of multiculturalism and the application of multicultural education, this is done because these two countries are places for immigrants who have different backgrounds for escape, however, in the application of the multicultural education system of these two countries in its application, differences were found, this was caused by differences in the majority of religions in Turkey and the Netherlands. Differences in the application of a multicultural education system include the freedom of parents in choosing and extraordinary in determining state and private schools of their respective denominations in Turkey and the Netherlands, the important and very central role of the Turkish government is clearly visible in conceptualizing, implementing, and evaluating a curriculum that includes the value of multiculturalism and textbooks, compared to the multiculturalism policy in the Netherlands looks marginal and only makes adjustments and examinations of teaching materials that contain the ideology of multiculturalism</p> Suprapno Ahmad Hifdzil Haq Hery Noer Aly Zulkarnain Zulkarnain Ismail Ismail Copyright (c) 2022 FIKROTUNA 2022-07-28 2022-07-28 15 01 2097 2119 10.32806/jf.v15i01.5861 Peranan TK/TPA Binaan Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Sinjai dalam Mempertahankan Budaya Kearifan Lokal Baca Tulis Alquran “Mallepu” di abad 21 <p>Peranan TK/TPA Binaan Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Sinjai dalam Mempertahankan Budaya Kearifan Lokal Baca Tulis Alquran “Mallepu” di abad 21, yang melatar belakangi penelitian tersebut melihat bahwa di abad 21 lahir berbagai macam metode baca tulis Al-quran baik terbitan buku panduan seperti buku Iqra, maupun berbagai macam bentuk apliksi baca-tulis Alquran, mengakibatkan metode “Mallepu” sebagai kearifan lokal di kabupaten sinjai kurang diminati, padahal melihat dari sejarah penggunaan metode mallepu tersebut banyak melahirkan qori/qoriah yang memiliki bacaan sesuai kaidah tajwid,&nbsp;</p> <p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peranan pimpinan daerah Kabupaten Sinjai dalam mempertahnkan kearifan Lokal budaya baca tulis Al-Quran di abad 21.</p> <p>Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan menitiberatkan pada studi kasus sebagai sebuah penentuan terhadap penelitan yang mengedepankan proses wawancara dengan menggunakan pertanyaan terkait. Luaran pada penelitian tersebut adalah menghasilkan jurnal terakreditasi Nasional sinta 3.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa metode mallepu sebagai metode kearifan lokal di kabupaten sinjai masi tetap di gunakan, dan di jaga eksistensinya, meski dalam proses aplikasi proses pengajaran santri di TK-TPA masjid binaan Muhammadiyah di kombinasikan dengan metode lain, dalam proses pengajaran, Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi yang membina beberapa masjid yang ada di kabupaten sinjai turut mendukung dengan kombinasi metode tersebut dengan harapan bahwa motode mengaji mallepu sebagai kearifan lokal tidak putus regenerasinya, yang secara historis metode mallepu merupakan metode yang diakui sebagai satunya metode dahulu kala yang melahirkan qori-qoriah bertaraf lokal, nasional bahkan Internasional.</p> Sitti Satriani Is Ratnawati Elli St Rajiah Rusydi Mutmainnah Rusli Malli Copyright (c) 2022 FIKROTUNA 2022-07-28 2022-07-28 15 01 2120 2132 10.32806/jf.v15i01.5868 Konsep Pendidikan Multikultural dalam Pandangan Banks <p>This article aims to discuss multicultural education in James Bank's view. This study uses a qualitative research approach with library research using Banks' views as the main reference and several other scientific journal documents as comparison data for the analysis of Banks' views. The research found that James A. Banks, the first black professor to be employed by the College of Education, will retire in January after teaching at UW for half a century. Known worldwide for his pioneering scholarship in the field of multicultural education, According to Banks the dimension of multicultural education. there are 5 dimensions of multicultural education that must exist in multicultural education. Kalam Mollah Ifa Nurhayati Copyright (c) 2022 FIKROTUNA 2022-07-28 2022-07-28 15 01 2133 2151 10.32806/jf.v15i01.5863 Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Sebagai Faktor Keputusan Orang Tua Memilih Pesantren di Masa Pandemi <p>This study examines how much face-to-face learning (PTM) factors influence parents' decisions in choosing Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions for their children during the pandemic (TA.2021-2022). Based on the literature review, there are five factors that influence parents' decisions in choosing pesantren as their child's educational institution, namely ideological, educational, structuralist, economic and pragmatic, or six factors for the case of schools in general, namely social status and income level, curriculum, facilities infrastructure, school achievement, location and educational environment, and teacher quality. This study found other factors that emerged due to the Joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture, the Minister of Religion, the Minister of Health and the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning in the 2020/2021 Academic Year and the 2020/2021 Academic Year during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. Islamic boarding schools allowed to carry out face-to-face learning with detailed provisions. According to data analysis conducted through tabulation, reduction and conclusion drawing, it was found that the PTM factor was quite influential for parents so it was recommended for Islamic boarding schools to detail the narrative of their face-to-face learning process next year to maintain public trust -which could be for this year- based solely on the compulsion of conditions. One of <br />the clauses in Strengthening Character Education. Emphasizes the importance <br />of XXI Century skills, including critical thinking skills, creative thinking, <br />communication skills, including mastery of international languages, and <br />collaboration in learning. To achieve these ideal principles of competence, <br />MTsN 2 integrates the values of Furudhul Ainiyah into various activities. This <br />study aims to describe and understand the reasons of MTsN 2 Malang to make <br />Furudhul Ainiyah as a basis for strengthening character education. Describe <br />and understand the implementation of strengthening character education <br />based on Furudhul Ainiyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a <br />single case study type. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews <br />and documentation. Analysis of the data using the interactive analysis of <br />Miles and Hubermann. The results show that strengthening character <br />education based on Furudhul Ainiyah is in line with the vision and mission of <br />MTsN 2. Development is the cumulative result of learning. In learning there is a process of information, to be processed so as to produce a form of learning outcomes. In information processing, there is an interaction between internal conditions and individual external conditions. Information is knowledge gained from learning, experience or instruction. So the theory of information processing contains an understanding of how individuals perceive, organize, and remember the large amount of information that individuals receive from the environment. The brain working process and the mechanism of information processing theory are divided into several stages, including: a) Stimulus from the Environment; b) holding centers; c) short term memory (short term memory); d) transfer of short-term memory to long-term memory; e) long term memory (long term memory); f) planning center; g) implementing tools. To be able to realize a strong character education system, a good policy formulation is needed. Policy formulation needs to accommodate all matters, especially those related to community social behavior. This discussion seeks to reveal how the character education policy should be carried out, as well as how relevant and contextualized it is to changes that occur in the social environment. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with library research type. This study concludes that character education policies with the paradigm of social change must be based on Pancasila, Bhinika Tunggal Ika and the applicable legal system. This article uses a library research approach with content analysis techniques. The results showed that the HDI of Sumenep Regency was still relatively low, namely that males were at 72.32% while females were at 58.38%. This figure illustrates that there are still significant differences between males and females. One of the indicators is the school average of 6.60% for boys and 4.63% for girls. This fact is still detrimental to women. Then the Gender Empowerment Index (IDG) in Sumenep is 60.99% better than other districts in Madura. IDG Sumenep data from 2010 to 2019 shows a fairly good increase, even better than other districts in Madura. However, this gap is still a development problem in the field of education in Sumenep.&nbsp; This study shows the revitalization of the human development agenda in the field of gender responsive education, especially in rural areas and islands. Development challenges in Sumenep are still faced with cultural praxis, some of which are not yet in favor of gender equality. The Sumenep government should be able to increase the human development index through gender responsive education, by making this study a recommendation to the relevant agencies.
