Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana <em>strategi marketing halal dalam meningkatkan jumlah wajib zakat di LAZNAS LMI Cabang Bangkalan</em> dan <em>faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan strategi marketing halal dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah wajib zakat di LAZNAS LMI Cabang Bangkalan</em>. Desain penulisan ini menggunakan penulisan Kualitatif dengan pendekatan riset lapangan (<em>field reseacrh</em>) merupakan sumber utama yang diperoleh dengan cara penulisan langsung kelapangan. Subjek penulisan adalah pimpinan dan karyawan LAZNAS LMI Cabang Bangkalan, metode pengumpulan datanya dengan cara wawancara mendalam dengan sumber primer, analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan penerapan strategi marketing halal dalam meningkatkan jumlah wajib zakat di LAZNAS LMI Cabang Bangkalan sudah dilakukan dengan baik, LAZNAS LMI Cabang Bangkalan telah menerapkan dan meneladani sifat Rasulullah SAW dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada <em>muzakki</em> atau donatur sehingga mendapatkan kepercayaan dari <em>muzakki</em> dan hal tersebut telah meningkatkan jumlah wajib zakat di LAZNAS LMI Cabang Bangkalan secara bertahap. Hal inilah yang antara lain memicu kesadaran konsumen akan produk halal, dan diikuti pula keinginan para produsen untuk memenuhi hak atas industri halal secara global. Tren ini banyak diikuti oleh para industry, salah satu industri tersebut adalah industry batik. Batik menjadi salah satu fishion yang digunakan masyarakat Madura dari setiap kalangan dalam beberapa acara penting sehingga perkembangan fishion batik ini memberikan bertambahnya produksi batik . Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian penelitian kualitatif dengan metode observasi serta wawancara terhadap beberapa industry dan pengguna batik. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan menggali lebih dalam mengenai batik tidak lagi sebagai baju adat akan tetapi sudah menjadi fishion yang digunakan oleh masyarakat disetiap kalangan, dengan fokus bagaimana tren halal industry serta implementasi dari tren halal industry pada home industry batik Madura. Berdasarkan temuan data di lapnagan seluruh batik ditempat yang menjadi fokus penelitian peneliti yaitu pamekasan merupakan batik tulis yang diolah sesuai dengan syariah. Pada dasarnya pihak industry batik mengedepankan kehalalan produk mereka berdasarkan syariah Islam, sehingga batik menjadi fishion dan industry yang halal dalam kajian fikih.</em></p> Ah. But the job of being a gojek driver is not easy where there are consumers who disappear or cannot be contacted while the contract has been made, causing losses to the gojek drivers in financing something that has been ordered such as food. Whereas in the compilation of sharia economic law (KHES) Article 311 reads Ijarah money must be paid by the musta'jir even though ma'jur is not used. This research is empirical by using descriptive-qualitative method so that the data needed in this research uses library research and literature techniques and is then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques with a normative approach to obtain specific conclusions and is analyzed according to MUI Fatwa No. 26 of 2013 concerning Halal Standards for Cosmetic Products and Their Use. Having an online business is very profitable in today's digital era. Activities carried out by a group of people, companies and consumers in the form of trade transactions using internet technology. Anyone involved in an internet connection can participate in E-Commerce activities. One of the most popular marketplaces is Shopee, where Shopee can provide several interesting features with good marketing management. One of the interesting features of shopee is the shopee coin which is a gold coin that can be used for buying and selling transactions and is supported by an easy way to get it. Coins as a means of payment are the same as money, here we need to examine whether Shopee coins are valid as a means of payment in the DSN-MUI Fatwa.</em></p> <p><em>In this study, there are formulations of the problem, namely: 1) How to get and use coins in the Shopee application? 2) How is the shopee coin as a means of payment in the perspective of the DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 1161/DSN-MUI/IX/2017? This research belongs to the type of normative research. This research is called library research or library research. This research is included in normative research that examines legal principles. The approach used is a normative juridical approach to analysis. In this study the data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study indicate that the coins in the shopee application are gifts, because the coin recipients get coins on the basis of the achievements obtained. Therefore, the shopee party is obliged to fulfill the promise in the form of giving coins to the shopee users who have achieved their achievements by following the promos held by the shopee party. Shopee coins are virtual currency issued by Shopee and can also be used to shop at Shopee. Shopee coins are first collected by placing orders, checking in, and playing various games that have been provided by the shopee. From the acquisition of these coins, we can use them to shop because these Shopee coins meet the criteria for virtual sharia money.</em></p> Moh.
