Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Dosen

Abstract

Organizational commitment is the nature of the relationship between the individual and work organization, in which the individuals have the confidence of the values and goals of work organization, the willingness to use their business seriously for the interests of the organization and have a strong desire to remain a part of the organization. Lecturer disloyalty to the company can be known through low lecturer responsibilities. Satisfaction factors may also be a cause of decreased lecturer commitment shown by some lecturers out of the office for personal gain, there are some lecturers who are talking and there are some people playing mobile phone during working hours. College give rewards such as additional fees for lecturers who can complete the work on time and without an error in his work, in an effort to provide organizational support to lecturers. Purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the perceived organization support and job satisfaction on lecturer commitment.
