While the Implementation of the control function in improving the quality of islamic education, are as follows: (1) determine the standards or basis for conducting control; (2) measuring work implementation; (3) comparing performance with standards and determining deviations if they occur or exist; (4) carry out corrective actions if there are deviations so that the implementation and objectives are in accordance with the plan. During the teaching and learning process, it is necessary to improve the relationship between educators and students through the implementation of positive teacher-student rapport</em><em> especially in speaking class</em><em>. In this case the author describes the implementation strategy using two focus discussions, namely communication and class climate. Communication between educators and students is based on natural connections that must be grown and initiated by educators as learning control centers. Effective communication is used not only in activities in the classroom but also activities outside the classroom by building personal relationships with humor, everyday topics and not being judgmental. This communication is accompanied by a classroom climate that is created in affinity and harmony so that a sense of security and comfort will surround the learning process. Satisfaction factors may also be a cause of decreased lecturer commitment shown by some lecturers out of the office for personal gain, there are some lecturers who are talking and there are some people playing mobile phone during working hours. </em><em>College</em><em> give rewards such as additional fees for lecturers who can complete the work on time and without an error in his work, in an effort to provide organizational support to lecturers. This is coupled with the lack of teachers in using the right method in teaching science. This study aims to determine whether the use of the cooperative learning model </em><em>type </em><em>Number Head Together (NHT) has an effect on student learning outcomes in Science lessons at MI Sugihan Kampak</em><em>. This research is a Classroom Action Research which applies two cycles with data collection techniques in the form of tests, interviews, observations, field notes, documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or data verification. The results of this study indicate that the students' responses to the use of the cooperative learning model type Number Head Together (NHT) very positive. Learning outcomes in cycle I that the average learning outcomes achieved was 72.08%&nbsp; and in cycle II was 82.78%. Meanwhile, the number of students who had completed their studies was 20 students (86.95%) and only 3 students who had not completed their studies (13.04%). So the average student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, which is equal to 10.7 as well as in the completeness of learning Science there is an increase of 30.43% from cycle I to cycle II. Human being has the interest in the aesthetic (amrun dharuri), either in the material aesthetic or in the immaterial aesthetic, that is also correlates with the aqidah concept. Therefore, a proper education concept is necessary to understand the correlation between the aqidah and aesthetic. The researcher conducted the research on the Quranic verses on the aesthetic and its implication to the Islamic education. This research is important especially when the understanding on aesthetic is only limited in the legalization on libido and immorality. Al-Ghazali provides the theoretical elaboration on the aesthetics as the manifestation of ma’rifat and human character reconstruction. The objective of this research is to discuss the understanding on qur’anic aesthetic and its implication to the Islamic education. The scope of the study of this research are: (1) Quranic aesthetic concept in four level namely sensual, intellectual, spiritual and divine beauty. (2) The integration of aesthetic value to the student. (3) The implication of qur’anic aesthetic to the Islamic education. Based on the character and the focus of the research, the researcher utilizes the literature research by collecting various data and references on the topic as the analyzed material. The finding of the research are as follows: (1) The qur’anic aesthetic concept is classified into four levels namely the sensual aesthetic as the first human sense reception. This aesthetic manifested from the love of material and potentially put human away from taqwa. Aql aesthetic, in form of rationality aesthetic to the human dialectical thinking. Most of the verses say about evil manipulation of human way of thinking. The beauty of qalb, in form of spiritual serenity as manifestation of qalbun salim. The last is divine aesthetic as the pinnacle of the aesthetic objectives. 2) The four level of aesthetic could be realized by gradual physical and spiritual trainers (rhiyadah). The principal's leadership greatly influences school management, as a complex and unique institution. The principal is involved in input, process (institution management) and output. Of these three things, the process is something that is the school's responsibility. The success or failure of an educational institution is largely determined by the leadership creation of the school principal. The choice of leadership system and approach used by a manager or superior to motivate employees depends on the type of manager. Apart from that, what cannot be ignored are other situational factors. Leadership deals with and simultaneously takes care of people, not things. Many verses in the Qur'an talk about how important it is to maintain one's psychological stability when preaching. We can see the results of the changes made, covering aspects of psychological, biological and social development, related to the occurrence of psychiatry in young children in a dangerous environment. These changes sometimes provide comfort and support to young children who are less able to adjust to their environment. They have no interest in agreeing to or benefiting from such modifications. Due to emotional stress and tension, children develop aggressive traits, are easily beaten, and struggle with social problems. These children are included in the vulnerable group of children.
