One of them is the siraman tradition which is usually carried out at Sedudo Waterfall. The various myths and stories that color Sedudo Waterfall about its place containing mystical values have caused it to continue to develop into a tradition to this day. Tourist attractions that are known for their mystique are certainly inseparable from the myths that have developed. With this myth, the Sedudo Waterfall tourist attraction has a number of restrictions that visitors must pay attention to. Fiqh which is related to the reality of everyday life is a treasure that is wide open across time, time and human development itself. In reality, the idea of </em><em>​​</em><em>fiqh is mostly positioned as an absolute and tsawabit science, so that it becomes difficult to develop a spirit of ijtihad and reformation in a syumuli manner. This is where K.H Sahal Mahfudz tries to position fiqh as an analysis that is able to answer society's problems in a more progressive and transformative way. Social, societal and cultural conditions are facts of the ummah that also need a sharia foundation. This alignment and dialectic of fiqh with the social life of society is what K.H Sahal Mahfudz raised as a form of revitalization of sharia teachings that is sensitive to the ummah. This education is actually the goal of the entire existing education system. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis.</em></p> <p><em>The research results show that there are several problems in implementing PAI learning. 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of subject hours, 3) the expertise of the tutors who teach is also not appropriate to the level they teach and 4) the diversity of students' religious knowledge considering the differences in their different backgrounds. Data in the form of words was obtained from informants, while additional data was in the form of documents. The data collection technique is through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out by reviewing existing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verifying data.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the discussion method has a positive impact in improving student learning achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak subject.
