EVALUASI PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK PADA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM
Abstract
Islamic religion education subject is different from science which is without putting revelation as foundation of intellective. This research
aims to outline the problems of scientific approach application on the
Islamic religious education subject and designs a scientific approach that is compatible with Islamic religious education subjects. This research is
done in curriculum target school of 2013 Surabaya Sidoarjo that
combining field research and development research with Delphi technique. This research reveals procedure obstacles and principles that are often founded in conducting scientific approach, also provides
guidance so that the empirical domain simply as support of scientific approach to be compatible for Islamic religious education subjects.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan problematika penerapan pendekatan saintifik pada pelajaran PAI dan merancang pendekatan saintifik agar relevan dengan PAI. Penelitian dilakukan pada 10 sekolah sasaran Kurikulum 2013 di Kota Surabaya dan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini mengkombinasi field research dan development research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kendala penerapan pendekatan saintifik pada kegiatan mengamati. Utamanya pada materi aqidah. Guru sering mengartikan kegiatan mengamati dengan tayangan visual, dan (2) Pada desain RPP yang dikembangkan, langkah mengamati diperluas. Tidak hanya mengamati objek yang empiris, namun juga mengamati gejala fenomenologis.
