Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the participation of pesantren education in an effort to develop management of Islamic culture in MA Darusshalihin NW through madrasah management, madrasa culture, acceptance of new students, madrasa curriculum, human resource development, and management of educational facilities. This study uses qualitative methods with case study design. The data in this study were obtained from research informants, namely the head, head of affairs, deputy head, board of teachers and students. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that 1) the head of the madrasa has implemented management functions: planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring in madrasah management, 2) madrasa culture is closely related to positive values ​​and norms governing all santri, 3) new student acceptance regular and superior is done to get inputs that are expected to produce better output, 4) learning curriculum MA Darusshalihin NW Kalijaga uses Curriculum 2013 and for local content curriculum and life skills has not been fully developed, 5) human resource development especially teachers and staff in MA Darusshalihin NW Kalijaga has been well implemented as an effort to build professional skills and improve school services, and 6) management of educational facilities and infrastructure in MA Darusshalihin NW Kalijaga has been well done.
