This type of research is qualitative research with library research. The results obtained that the upholding of religion and the application of syar'i laws (including in education) in every affair of life in the khilafah system are mandatory for Muslims with the arguments that are <em>qa</em><em>ṭ'iyyuṡ ṡubūt</em> (exact sources) and <em>qa</em><em>ṭ'iyyud dalālah</em> (clear meanings). It is not possible to do it except with the possession of power. So that in the context of education, the curriculum must include several components, namely goals, content, methods of learning, and evaluation. Whereas in the implementation of the educational curriculum by Taqiyyuddin in Indonesia as a whole it is an impossible thing to happen. They can be traded and can even be inherited. After several centuries passed until now the position of women is still considered inferior. Therefore, there are many studies on feminism that attempt to eliminate the position of inferiority and superiority between men and women. This paper questions verses of the superiority of men in the Koran, the spirit of liberation in the Koran and Gender Equality in the Koran by using tela, literature and producing conclusions. In Islamic perspective women are not really distinguished from men from all aspects and fields except biological differences. In fact, there has been a misunderstanding in interpreting the Koran because it is understood only textually and literally. The wrong understanding has implications for the implementation of erroneous religious practices as well as being biased in social life. Gender is certainly very different from sex. This study &nbsp;is a type of qualitative research. The subjects of this study are the Head of MIN 1 Yogyakarta, teachers and students in class IV. Data collection in this study is carried out by the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses data triangulation and conclusion drawing. The results show that the teachers have compiled the lesson plan outlining the steps of the activity with a scientific approach. The teachers have implemented learning using a scientific approach but the implementation has not been maximized. Teachers also do not use authentic assessment to the fullest. Teachers rarely use instruments and assessment rubrics. In essence, living together in society with a united heart and agree not to create disputes and quarrels. The meaning is used as a handle, then harmony is something that is ideal and coveted by human society. Harmony can also mean a process of being harmonious because previously there was no harmony, as well as the ability and willingness to live side by side and be together peacefully and peacefully. Understanding related to families of different religions is based on interfaith marriages and converts. Interfaith marriages are marriages performed by people who hold different religions and beliefs. Interfaith marriages are difficult to be held in Indonesia, meaning that it is difficult to get legal recognition before the law. Thus getting legal recognition according to the state sometimes one of the couples converts to follow their partner's religion and marries according to the chosen religion.
