SIGNIFIKANSI KEMAMPUAN PROFESIONAL DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL GURU DENGAN KINERJANYA DI YAYASAN PENDIDIKAN DUA MEI CIPUTAT

Abstract

Through this study correlational approach focuses browse for the poor performance of teachers in the Education Foundation Dua Mei, through the independent variable (the professional ability and emotional intelligence) and the dependent variable (performance of teachers). This study reports the results of research on the data or explanation about the influence of teachers’ professional ability and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers, with the aim to test the significance of the influence of professional ability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to both simultaneously on teacher performance. From the results of the study show that: first, there is a positive significance between the professional ability of teachers to their performance by contributing 96.1% Second, there is a positive significance between emotional intelligence of teachers with a performance of 94.7% and the rest influenced by various factors. Third, there is a positive significance between professional skills and emotional intelligence of teachers simultaneously with the performance shown by the correlation coefficient of 0.940 which means it is very strong, while the contribution of variable professional skills and emotional intelligence of teachers together on teacher performance amounted to 94.0%, the rest is donated by other variables.Keywords: Profesionalisme guru, Kecerdasan emosional, Kinerja
