Abstract
Theology experiences a shift in meaning, from a word identical to the divine issue, to a word that refers to the doctrine of religion widely. Secondly, there are three basic assumptions in the theological approach: (1) Theology must be related to god or trensendensi from mythological, philosophical, or dogmatic side, (2) doctrine is a significant element in interpreting theology, (3) theology is an emerging interpretation activity from or towards faith. Thirdly, in this age, theology returns to a shift of meaning. A number of scholars use this word in the sense of re-digging religious values for revolutionary purposes as solutions to solving the problems of human life.References
