Peranan Home Visit terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas SDIT Insan Qurani Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat

Abstract

This research aims to see the role of home visits on learning motivation in class IV Al-Asr students at SDIT Insan Qurani Sumbawa. This research uses qualitative research and the subjects of this research are 32 students of class IV Al-Asr SDIT Insan Qurani Sumbawa. Data collection methods use questionnaires, observation and interviews. This research uses a home visit questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that home visits played a significant role for class IV Al-Asr students in increasing students' learning motivation. These results show that home visits are very influential. These results were strengthened by interview results which stated that students felt more motivated to learn after the teacher conducted a home visit. Apart from that, it can be seen from the results of observations which show that the parents of the students really accept and agree with the existence of home visit activities.
