Pesantren education has existed in Indonesia since before independence. Pesantren is one of the most famous Islamic educational institutions to date. There are so many roles of pesantren in producing a great Islamic generation that can compete in the world arena. In the current era, moral education is something that is a concern to overcome. To overcome this, pesantren education can be a step of change to produce a young generation with Islamic morals. Moral decay in this modern era can be a trigger for negative things to happen in the surrounding environment, so it is very important to instill moral education early on to the nation's next generation.

Currently, there are still many teachers who teach lack motivation, discipline and maximum performance in carrying out their duties. So it has a negative impact on the quality of graduation and the quality of education. This is a big challenge for school principals in their leadership. Therefore this study aims to describe and examine the "Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation Applied by Principals in Improving the Quality of Educational Institutions". The methods used in this research study were interviews and library research. The literature review is a study that refers to journals, books, and journals related to research studies designated as the main source. Results and Discussion of this study explain the meaning of work discipline, work motivation, and the influence of work discipline and work motivation applied by the Principal. Applying Work Discipline and Work Motivation is expected to improve the quality of effective educational institutions.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya pedidikan bagi setiap individu yang mana dalam proses pedidikan ada istilah pembelajaran yang di lakukan oleh guru yang berperan sebagai pasilitator dan murid sebagai pelajar dan dalam proses belajar ada media yang berpungsi untuk menarik minat belajar siswa, terutama pada pendidikan agama islam, dengan alasan tersebut dapat mendorong guru PAI untuk harus mampu menganalisis siswanya, dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar mereka di mata pelajaran PAI.Tujuan peneliti yaitu Untuk mengetahui implementasi Media Pembelajaran Oleh Guru PAI Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa di SDN 2 Wakan, dan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala implementasi Media Pembelajaran Oleh Guru PAI Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa di SDN 2 Wakan. Teknik pengumpulam data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1).Terdapat berbagai macam bentuk pengimlementasian media pembelajaran, mulai dari pembelajaran berbasis cetakan, berbasis visual, dan juga pembelajaran dengan komputer. (2).Terdapat beberapa kendala implementasian media pembelajaran dalam wawancara dengan seperti masalah media yang monoton di karnakan berputar pada tiga media itu saja, kelengakapan siswa yang disebabkan wilayah yang masih pelosok.

Peranan Home Visit terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas SDIT Insan Qurani Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat

This research aims to see the role of home visits on learning motivation in class IV Al-Asr students at SDIT Insan Qurani Sumbawa. This research uses qualitative research and the subjects of this research are 32 students of class IV Al-Asr SDIT Insan Qurani Sumbawa. Data collection methods use questionnaires, observation and interviews. This research uses a home visit questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that home visits played a significant role for class IV Al-Asr students in increasing students' learning motivation. These results show that home visits are very influential. These results were strengthened by interview results which stated that students felt more motivated to learn after the teacher conducted a home visit. Apart from that, it can be seen from the results of observations which show that the parents of the students really accept and agree with the existence of home visit activities.

Upaya Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar

This study aims to analyze and describe the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers in increasing student learning motivation. The focus of this research is how teachers integrate Islamic religious values into the learning process in order to encourage students to be more enthusiastic and enthusiastic in learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with several Islamic Religious Education teachers who have experience in managing student learning motivation.

The results show that Islamic religious education applies various strategies to increase students' learning motivation. These strategies include using an interactive approach in teaching, using interesting learning media, and a personalized approach to understanding individual learning needs. Teachers also actively establish emotional relationships with students through open communication, providing positive feedback, and creating an inclusive classroom environment.

In addition, this study also reveals that the application of Islamic religious values in daily life by teachers has a positive impact on students' learning motivation. Teachers who become role models in applying religious teachings in real actions encourage students to internalize these values and make them a motivation in learning.
