Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Melalui Pendekatan Open-Ended

Abstract

Pemecahan masalah merupakan suatu usaha untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dan tidak secara otomatis diketahui cara yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Dalam hal ini untuk mencapai tujuan tesebut perlu menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang baik/cocok. Salah satu pendekatan menurut hasil analisis teori yaitu pendekatan open-ended. Karena pendekatan open-ended dapat untuk membantu mengembangkan kegiatan kreatif dan pola pikir matematik siswa melalui pemecahan masalah secara simultan. Dalam pendekatan ini bukan melihat hasil akhir dalam suatu pemecahan masalah, tetapi proses bagaimana cara pemecahan masalah sehingga mencapai tujuan yang diinginka
