Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ketentuan istri yang menolak hubungan intim perspektif hukum islam dan undang undang pernikahan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan prosedur penelitian studi literatur dan memakai metode analisis data deduktif. Maka didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu pertama analisis hukum Islam, istri diharuskan tetap memiliki kewajiban berkhidmat/melayani suami, dimanapun serta kapanpun dengan sepenuh jiwa raga dan hati yang lapang. Apabila istri menolaknya maka istri tersebut tidak berkah dalam hidupnya serta durhaka kepada suaminya kecuali ketika istri memiliki halangan yang dibenarkan oleh syariat seperti sakit, haid dan nifas. The research method involves a literature review. The results indicate that Pesantren is capable of producing students proficient in Arabic language and fundamental knowledge of religious studies. Various innovations can be implemented to enhance religious literacy, such as the use of technology through e-learning and online forums. Additionally, innovations in teaching models or methods, such as the ArRumuz method, which facilitates quick reading of religious texts, and problem-based learning methods, involving the study of issues in society, can contribute to strengthening religious literacy. Based on research, it was found that the human spiritual dimension and character education are closely related. Character education aims to form good and quality character in individuals, while the spiritual dimension involves understanding and awareness of the nature of oneself, life and its creator. Therefore, character education must be built by embracing unity starting from education (education) qalbiyah, aqliyah, naqliyah, amaliyah, and focusing on the perspective that humans are spiritual beings. Strict restrictions on childfree practices when it is done intentionally and views having children as a burden. This research uses qualitative methods and is a library research type. Researchers use a normative legal approach in analyzing data. The analysis technique used is descriptive analytic. Data is taken from various literature such as books, journals, scientific works, official websites and related sources according to the research theme. The results of the research show that according to the progressive Islamic and Pancasila views, childfree is possible for health and psychological reasons. This study uses the method of document analysis to analyze the judge's Decision Number 584/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Pwr and related legal contexts. The study's findings indicate that the perspective of maslahah has significant implications for the division of common property. In the decision of Judge Number 584/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Pwr, maslahah perspective is reflected in determining the ratio of 1/3 and 2/3 for the plaintiff and defendant. This decision can be interpreted as an attempt to achieve a fair division and consider each party's contribution in acquiring and maintaining the common property during the marriage or relationship. In addition, the perspective of maslahah is relevant in ensuring wisdom in the division of common property. Considering financial and non-financial contributions, financial needs and capabilities, and the children's best interests are important factors in achieving fair and sustainable distribution. Through normative research methodology, the research results show that Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lil'alamin which will not give a negative stigma to men or women. Thus, the position of men and women in Islam is the same. After marriage, the wife's responsibility will shift to the husband and this is a respect given by Islam to a woman. Apart from that, it was also explained that the best Muslim man is one who treats his wife well. Of course, this will get better if it is accompanied by an understanding of the concept of good religious moderation. Because no matter what, culture will continue to follow the flow of habits that have been adopted by society. However, the existence of moderate religion can save the life of the nation and state. Apart from that, it is further regulated in Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, that Indonesia recognizes the principle of equality. This principle of equality applies to all Indonesian people. Recognition of the principle of equality in the Indonesian constitution leads to the elimination of discrimination, therefore, whoever we are as long as we are Indonesian citizens have the right to receive equal treatment before the law. Equal treatment before the law does not look at a person's ethnicity, religion, gender or even position. This indicates that Indonesia as a sovereign country legally recognizes the principle of equality. This research aims to conduct an analysis of the moral education model contained in the book "Nashoihul Ibad". The research method uses library research. The research results explain that moral education in the Nashoihul Ibad book consists of three models: First, moral education by instilling awareness about divinity and its relationship with humans. Second, moral education through the formation of noble attitudes and behavior and relationships with fellow humans. Subsequently, the surviving partner and the deceased parent must solemnize their marriage vows in the presence of the deceased parent's body before it is interred. The aim of this research is to examine the reality of customary law in practice in Bojonegoro, East Java, and to analyze the compatibility of kawin mayit within Islamic law, as well as the Islamic values embedded within it. This study falls within the category of empirical research and employs a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that the tradition of kawin mayit is carried out as a form of filial respect toward one's deceased parents. This practice holds inherent religious value in its observance. In Islamic law, there is no contradiction regarding the solemnization of marriage vows in the presence of a deceased body, as long as the conditions and essential elements of marriage are met. Selanjutnya, pasangan yang masih hidup dan orang tua yang telah meninggal harus melangsungkan ikrar pernikahan mereka di hadapan jenazah orang tua sebelum dimakamkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji realitas hukum adat dalam praktiknya di Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur, dan menganalisis kesesuaian kawin mayit dengan hukum Islam, serta nilai-nilai Islam yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian empiris dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tradisi kawin mayit dilakukan sebagai bentuk penghormatan filial terhadap orang tua yang telah meninggal. Praktik ini memiliki nilai agama yang melekat dalam pelaksanaannya. A deep understanding of the religious values of Islam, active involvement in religious activities, and contributions to social activities are the focus of the study. The research method uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through religious literature studies, analyzing government regulations related to social harmony, and direct observation of the social dynamics of contemporary society. The data is then analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns in maintaining social harmony. The results show that understanding religious teachings is the main foundation for maintaining harmony, while active involvement in religious activities and contributions to social activities play a crucial role in forming harmonious social relationships. Challenges related to differences in religious understanding and the impact of global contexts and technological developments highlight the complexity of maintaining social harmony. As a recommendation, this study emphasizes the need for inclusive religious education, promotion of active involvement in religious activities, and strengthening social activities as key steps. Strategies to adapt to global and technological changes are also identified as important steps to overcome these challenges. Among the factors causing this is that the teacher's strategy in teaching religion and morals is not in accordance with the learning objectives. This study aims to determine the teacher's strategy for teaching religious and moral values to children aged 4-6 years. The research approach used a qualitative approach through the case study method. The data source for this research is PAUD teachers at Kober Raudhotul Jannah Cicalengka and RA Arraudotunnur Garut Regency, with as many as five informants. Data analysis techniques have three main steps: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results concluded that teachers do not fully understand the learning objectives of religion and morals at the PAUD level. Teachers use a variety of methods in accordance with predetermined learning objectives. The problem in this research is the progress of Kiai Mujib Imron as an Islamic boarding school leader and as a public official in developing Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions at the Al-Yasini Pasuruan Islamic boarding school. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The research uses two data sources, namely, primary and secondary. Observation, interview and documentation techniques were used to collect data. The data analysis procedure goes through the stages of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that K.H Mujib Imron's dual role as a kiai and as Deputy Regent of Pasuruan runs well and is in synergy with each other. This is shown by his istiqomahan in carrying out religious activities at the Islamic boarding school, such as reciting the books Ta'lim Muta'alim and Fatkhul Qorib as well as the books Shohih Bukhori and Tafsir Jalalain. The purpose of this research is to see how the use of Instagram as a media for da'wah and entrepreneurship among female students of KPI STIBA Ar Raayah Sukabumi. This research uses a field research method with a qualitative approach, with a sample of 5 female students of KPI STIBA Ar Raayah Sukabumi Batch 3.
