Mengembangkan Kecerdasan Emosional Anak Usia Remaja di MTSN 2 Kediri

Abstract

The research objective is to find out how to develop emotional intelligence in adolescents in MTsN 2 Kediri. This research method is qualitative, the type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Based on the data obtained shows that in developing emotional intelligence of adolescents in MTsN 2 Kediri is to cultivate good habits, behavior and speech, courtesy and ethics. The teacher provides effective, innovative teaching, and also reaches the set targets so that students feel happy and comfortable during the teaching and learning process takes place. Cooperation between the madrasa with parents (guardians of students) in supervising and guiding students. Get used to 5S (smile, greetings, greetings, polite and polite). familiarize moral behavior with teachers, employees, and fellow friends in the madrasa environment. make peer counseling programs, namely guidance programs conducted by students to other students.
