Abstract

Marketing an educational institution is very important in carrying out the wheels of continuity of an educational institution, in carrying out marketing an educational institution requires an appropriate marketing management strategy in order to achieve school goals, and in implementing a marketing strategy it also requires support from many parties starting from all elements of teachers and students. educational staff and also from the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Marketing Management Strategy of education carried out by the Khoirot Kandat Integrated Vocational School using many ways to attract the interest of prospective students starting from using online or in-person strategies, the intended target of the Khoirot Kandat Integrated Vocational School are students who lack capable and also students who are not good in their attitudes. This research departs from the idea that the importance of educational marketing management strategies for the success of educational goals. If education is without the management of educational marketing, the institution will not run optimally as expected. Educational marketing management strategy is an important part of achieving educational goals. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that takes samples through interviews, observations, and also documentation studies.
