Pembentukan Kepribadian Remaja Melalui Kegiatan Organisasi Pejuang Darul Ulum Di Desa Mancilan Kota Pasuruan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the formation of adolescent personality through the activities of the Darul Ulum Fighters organization in Mancilan Village, Pasuruan City and to find out the obstacles they face. The focus of this research is on how the implementation of activities in the Darul Ulum Fighters organization in Mancilan Village, Pasuruan City in shaping the personality of teenagers and also the obstacles they face. This study uses a type of field research with qualitative research methods. The results showed that the formation of adolescent personality through the activities of the Darul Ulum Fighters organization went well and the results obtained were quite satisfactory. The method used in shaping the personality of adolescents is the method of habituation and the method of exemplary. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced in forming the personality of teenagers through the activities of the Darul Ulum Fighters organization in Mancilan Village, Pasuruan City include: lack of interest in adolescents, use of gadgets (HP), social or friendship factors, environmental factors, time, and uncertain weather factors.
