KEMAMPUAN MINAT MOTIVASI PENDUKUNG KEBERHASILAN BELAJAR

Abstract

This paper is intended to convey its neaders a message of factors dealing with the success of learning and teaching process. These factors play a very important role in helping students achive thein success. In pedagogy, it is stated that there are some internal and external factors that must be taken in to cosidaration in learning and teaching. This paper, however, focuses on three dominant factors : competency, interest, and motivation. Teachers are supposed to have students identity consisting of at least the three dominan factors. In case, some students have problems with thein study the teachers can identity the cause of the problems, find solition so that they can be solved immediately and accurately.
