Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of Muhadharah activities and explain the effectiveness of Muhadharah activities in developing the personality of students at the Babul Khairat Islamic Boarding School in Kertosari Pasuruan. The qualitative research method uses a case study approach. Place of research in Islamic Boarding School Babul Khairat Kertosari Pasuruan. The main instruments are the researchers themselves and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results were obtained that Muhadharah activities are routine and mandatory extracurricular activities every week. Activities in the form of drama, khitobah, qosidah, recitations and others use Arabic. The implementation of Muhammadiyah effectively enhances student personality such as self-confidence, responsibility, independence, discipline, caring, and mutual assistance.
