Abstract

The problem of poverty is a structural and multidimensional problem including social politics, asset economics and others. That which complicates or makes poverty alleviated is that it is not only multi-dimensional but also interlocking, dynamics, complexes, conditions with a gender (social corollary) institutional system and location-specific events. To deal with the problem of poverty must know the root of the problem, and must have a strategy in poverty alleviation in the community. Namely there must be a professional field facilitator and expert in the field of community empowerment, have knowledge of qualified Islamic religion, and entrepreneurship. It is these facilitators who facilitate and assist from the beginning to the end of the poverty alleviation stage at the village / kelurahan level. A poor person mentally falls in the middle of society, the companion in the field is the one who raises his mentality to have an awareness, critical that they must rise from adversity in the community, by motivating the teachings of Islamic teachings contained in the Qur'an Ar Ra'du verse 11 verse it means "Verily Allah SWT does not change the state of things of a people, so they change the conditions that exist in themselves". Armed with the critical awareness capital they have, their souls rise to change their destiny, change their mindset to become hard workers, and entrepreneurs, so that they can elevate their dignity and status
