Apart from that, it aims to look at the principles of buying and selling contracts applied by these tobacco collectors. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, which is carried out in depth using interview analysis techniques, observation and documentation to search for concrete (real) data material. The results of this research are The Islamic principle is still maintained by tobacco collectors as tobacco producers from farmers in terms of divinity, honesty, justice, benefits, and willingness. The results show that the five aspects that affect the competitive power include the threat from new entrants to thegrocery store industry which is moderate, the threat from substitute products is quite strong, the bargaining power of suppliers is moderate, the bargaining power of buyers, and competitive competition in the market. between members of the industry are both strong. And the results of the competition in the grocery store business in theJombang Regency, in Islamic business ethics are categorized as healthy and unhealthy competition. For the healthy category, there are 80% store business actors who are in accordance with Islamic business ethics. This study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing strategies in </em><em>(</em><em>MSMEs</em><em>)</em><em> that are oriented towards sharia economics. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through interviews and observations of </em><em>(</em><em>MSMEs</em><em>)</em><em> that implement sharia economic principles in their business operations. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategies that prioritize sharia values, such as honesty, transparency, and sustainability, can provide a positive contribution to the development of </em><em>(</em><em>MSMEs</em><em>)</em><em>. Prudential) products, by looking at the causal factors, strategies, opportunities and challenges for Indonesian yariah insurance (PT. Prudential). Sharia insurance itself is an effort to protect and help each other between a number of people or parties through investment in the form of assets and or tabarru' which provides a pattern of return to face certain risks through contracts or agreements that are in accordance with sharia. This study uses a qualitative method using a type of literature study, namely by looking for references and answers from various journals, articles, books related to the journal title. The results of this study are that Prudential Islamic insurance in Indonesia continues to increase every year. By continuing to place one of the sharia principles, namely the position of ta'awun (help each other) to its fellow customers so that prudential sharia insurance in Indonesia continues to exist and continues to grow according to the times.
