<p>Learning innovation is one of the key strategies in improving teacher quality in the modern education era. In this context, innovation focuses not only on teaching methods, but also on developing teacher professionalism through the application of technology and creative pedagogical approaches. This research aims to explore various learning innovation models that can be implemented by educators, such as project-based learning, flipped classrooms, and the use of digital media. The results of this study show that implementing learning innovations can increase student engagement, facilitate deeper learning, and encourage collaboration between teachers. In addition, training programs and workshops that focus on learning innovation have proven effective in broadening teachers' insight and skills. Thus, learning innovation not only contributes to improving the quality of teaching, but also plays a role in forming a professional community that is more adaptive and responsive to today's educational challenges. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for educational policy in an effort to improve the quality of education by strengthening the role of teachers as agents of change.</p>Zainullah ZainullahNovita Fitri AminMoh. <p>Pengendalian mutu Pendidikan perlu dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk mempertahankan kualitas Pendidikan. Pengendalian/control mutu merupakan usaha untuk menjaga kuaitas Pendidikan. Metode penelitian dalam kajian ini adalah studi literatur terkait mutu Pendidikan dan pengendalian mutu Pendidikan. Kualita/Mutu di Lembaga Pendidikan yaitu mutu input, mutu proses, dan mutu output/keluaran Pendidikan. Pengendalian mutu Pendidikan ditujukan pada pada proses pembelajaran, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia serta pembiayaan Pendidikan. Sumber daya Pendidikan seperti tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik, sarana dan prasarana, serta Kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak terkait seperti masyarakat dan instansi pemerintah.</p>JuwairiyahImam Basofi
