In Indonesia, character education is manifested in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation no. 20 of 2018 concerning Strengthening Character Education in Formal Units. In essence, this provision has a main mission in the aspect of character formation which is expected to be able to produce quality individuals with intelligence, toughness, honesty and high level of concern. Of course this will be in line with the goals of education in Islam. At this level, Imam Ghazali is of the view that the importance of character education for students is to be 'close to Allah' and achieve happiness in life in this world and the afterlife. This research is library research with analysis carried out descriptively. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that between Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 20 of 2018 with Imam Ghazali's views on character education in education is something that must exist and be the focus of educators in educating their students. This aims to improve the personal quality of students to become someone who is not only cognitively strong. However, they must be strong in the affective aspect of everyday life.
Akyun Mubarok, Zainullah Zainullah Copyright (c) 2024 Halimi: Journal of Education https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/halimi/article/view/7157 Fri, 12 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Revitalisasi Manajemen Strategi Pendidikan Islam di Masa Pandemi COVID-19: Tantangan, Inovasi, dan Prospek Ke Depan https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/halimi/article/view/7181
Excellent education is one that can develop skills, shape character, and enhance the civilization of a nation. Therefore, it needs to be implemented within the school environment through the strengthening of faith, piety, noble morals, health, abilities, creativity, independence, democracy, and responsibility towards students and all education stakeholders. Quality is the key to success and the most effective competitiveness. Individuals with high quality have a significant chance of achieving success, making strategic management in education crucial in selecting quality leaders to achieve optimal educational standards. Facing the demands of competitiveness and changes triggered by globalization, the implementation of strategic management is necessary, especially in educational institutions. By applying strategic management, educational institutions can compete effectively, enhance the quality of educational services, and anticipate the dynamics of change. Educational management within the school system is just one aspect of the leadership's responsibility. School leaders, as education managers, are responsible for managing challenges from both internal and external environments. The external environment directly includes factors that directly impact the operational aspects of educational institutions, such as educational conditions, competition, public perception of educational institutions, and the labor market's needs for graduates.
Hermanto Halil Copyright (c) 2023 Halimi: Journal of Education https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/halimi/article/view/7181 Fri, 12 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Round Robin Brainstorming (RRB) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa Kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 12 Sendangagung Paciran Lamongan https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/halimi/article/view/7398
This research was motivated by the lack of involvement of class VII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 12 Sendangagung Paciran Lamongan in teaching and learning activities, which had an impact on low learning outcomes, so there was a need for a solution, namely the use of one learning method, namely the Round Robin Brainstorming learning method. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the Round Robin Brainstorming learning method on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education for class VII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 12 Sendangagung Paciran Lamongan. This research used a one group pre test-post test design approach, data analysis was quantitative, parametric statistics and the sample size was 106 students. Data were collected using student activity observation sheets and pre-test and post-test questions. The collected data was analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, product moment correlation tests, significance tests and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of product moment correlation calculations and significance tests using the t test with a significance level of 5%, the comparison results were 0.734 > 0.1909, which means rcount > rtable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and the calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the correlation percentage value of variable on variable Y is 53.88% and 46.12% is influenced by other factors not studied in this research. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Round Robin Brainstorming learning method on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education for class VII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 12 Sendangagung Paciran Lamongan.
Maftuhah Maftuhah, Eny Lathifah Copyright (c) 2024 Halimi: Journal of Education https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/halimi/article/view/7398 Fri, 12 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000 KEPEMIMPINAN MULTIKULTURAL https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/halimi/article/view/7641
This study examines the form of leadership. The leadership in question is multicultural leadership. Conceptually, a leader is a leader who is able to anticipate, dream of, apply the concept of flexibility, think strategically and work to initiate and bring about change in order to create a better future for the organization. This research uses a qualitative approach, by making educational institutions as the setting. In his research, he concluded that decision making in multicultural leadership that rubs against socio-cultural factors often sparks the fire between groups. For this reason, a leader who understands the concept of multicultural leadership is required to be a communication bridge between employees. Multicultural leaders can apply the principles of justice and truth by drawing policies based on needs, not just the desires of one or two parties. Awareness of the facts of differences needs to be addressed and managed by a leadership concept that is able to synergize each diversity into a beauty.
Abd Ghani Copyright (c) 2024 Halimi: Journal of Education https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/halimi/article/view/7641 Fri, 12 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000
