Abstract

Abstrak: Kebijakan pemerintah Eropa semakin memasukkan manajemen aktif agama minoritas, dan pendidikan agama telah menjadi situs pemerintahan agama. Penyediaan Pendidikan Agama di berbagai yurisdiksi jauh dari homogen, dan dibentuk oleh hubungan yang kompleks antara negara, komunitas agama dan sekolah. Tulisan  ini  merupakan  analisis terhadap kohesi sosial pendidikan Islam di Finlandia dan Irlandia. Tulisan   ini   memanfaatkan   studi   kepustakaan sebagai  pisau  bedah  kajian  yang  data-data  primernya diolah secara   kualitatif. Tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa penghormatan yang sebesar-besarnya terhadap sejarah sebagai orientasi spiritual dan agama penduduk menjadi sangat penting. Pada saat yang sama, para pendidik perlu memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang tradisi-tradisi agama besar yang dipadukan dengan keterbukaan dan penerimaan terhadap yang lain. Integrasi dan akomodasi etnis dan agama minoritas serta kebutuhan khusus mereka telah menjadi perhatian penting bagi negara-negara Eropa dengan fokus khusus pendidikan moral dan sosial.   Kata Kunci: Kohesi Sosial, Pendidikan Islam     Abstract: European government policies increasingly include the active management of religious minorities, and religious education has become a site of religious governance. The provision of Religious Education in various jurisdictions is far from homogeneous, and is shaped by the complex relationships between the state, religious communities and schools. This paper is an analysis of the social cohesion of Islamic education in Finland and Ireland. This paper utilizes literature studies as a scalpel study whose primary data is processed qualitatively. This paper shows that the greatest respect for history as the spiritual and religious orientation of the population becomes very important. At the same time, educators need to have a good understanding of major religious traditions combined with openness and acceptance of others. The integration and accommodation of ethnic and religious minorities and their special needs has become an important concern for European countries with a particular focus on moral and social education.   Keywords: Social Cohesion, Islamic Education
