The purpose of this study is to identify effective forms of assistance in integrating TikTok-based storytelling and E-WOM management as strategies to strengthen the brand image of MSMEs. This research employs a digital ethnography approach, which enables the researcher to observe MSME digital practices directly within online environments. Data were collected through digital content observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of TikTok activities. The observations were conducted to examine the form and substance of video content, the narrative style employed, and audience engagement patterns such as likes, comments, and shares. The interviews aimed to explore the motivations, perceptions, and challenges faced by MSME actors in building their brand image. The findings reveal that assistance focused on developing visual narratives, understanding basic TikTok algorithms, and managing E-WOM constructively can enhance content quality, brand consistency, and audience engagement.

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PENYULUHAN PARTISIPATIF: UPAYA PENINGKATAN KEMANDIRIAN EKONOMI WARGA DI DESA BANYUKAPAH KECAMATAN KEDUNGDUNG KABUPATEN SAMPANG

Banyukapah Village, located in Kedungdung District, Sampang Regency, possesses significant agricultural and livestock potential. However, the level of economic self-reliance among its residents remains relatively low. Most community members depend on middlemen and sell raw products without added value. This community service program aimed to enhance the economic self-reliance of local residents through participatory extension activities initiated in collaboration with the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Branch Organization of Banyukapah. The method employed was participatory extension, consisting of several stages: coordination, focus group discussions (FGDs) to identify community problems, implementation of two extension sessions, hands-on practice, and one month of mentoring. The target participants were 38 residents of Banyukapah Village, including members of the NU branch organization, PKK women's group members, and youth organization representatives. The results demonstrated significant improvements: (1) 76% of participants were able to calculate the Cost of Production (COP) and business profits; (2) three new business groups were established, namely “NU Banyukapah Mandiri” for cassava-based products, “Barokah Farm” for honey production, and “Santri Tani” for organic fertilizer production; and (3) five residents began utilizing social media for product marketing. The study concludes that participatory extension based on collaboration with the NU branch organization is effective in improving community knowledge, skills, and economic self-reliance practices, supported by strong social trust and cultural proximity. For sustainability, it is recommended to strengthen the economic division within the NU branch organizational structure and allocate Village Funds for advanced training programs and revolving capital support

This program aims to strengthen national literacy by integrating Indonesian civic values into Islamic Religious Education learning in middle-level madrasahs in Pamekasan Regency. Using a Participatory Community Engagement approach, the program involved teachers and students in observation, needs analysis, and the implementation of integrative strategies across Fiqh, Qur’an–Hadith, Islamic Creed and Morality, and Islamic Cultural History subjects. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of patriotism, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, tolerance, and Islamic principles of unity. National values were effectively integrated through contextual teaching and the application of layered concepts of ukhuwwah in Islamic ethics. Habituation of national and religious patriotic songs, participation in social activities, and the cultivation of positive narratives on diversity contributed to forming more moderate, inclusive, and culturally aware students. The program also enhanced teachers’ pedagogical competence, particularly in designing integrative and technology-based innovative learning. Overall, strengthening national literacy through PAI proved to be an effective strategy in fostering national awareness, religious moderation, and students’ identity integrity within Indonesia’s multicultural society.

Nahdlatul Ulama Galis Bangkalan Islamic Junior High School is one of the schools that always has significant changes in the use of social media. Without realizing it, the use of social media can affect the learning received by students. This mentoring aims to investigate the influence of social media on the learning level of students of Nahdlatul Ulama Galis Bangkalan Islamic Junior High School. Mentoring Training to Improve the Quality of the OSIS Program (Intra-School Student Organization) in Scientific Writing to students of Nahdlatul Ulama Galis Bangkalan Islamic Junior High School who are still in the learning process. In this activity, we will focus on OSIS activities. The mentors in this activity are in an effort to provide mentoring in the form of Training to Improve the Quality of the OSIS Program (Intra-School Student Organization) in Scientific Writing to students of Nahdlatul Ulama Galis Bangkalan Islamic Junior High School. This condition indicates that the higher the intensity of writing, the higher the level of student learning. Learning a foreign language requires vocabulary mastery. In Arabic language learning at MA Nurudz Dholam in grade X, when the teacher asked about vocabulary, most of the students did not understand the vocabulary. Therefore, special assistance was needed to overcome this problem. The purpose of this community serXce was to proXde assistance to teachers and students. The research used a qualitative approach to obtain the necessary data in the field. The results of the assistance included the use of images, direct methods, and chain word guessing games in vocabulary learning. After the assistance, grade X students' interest in learning vocabulary increased.

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang sedang mengalami perkembangan sosial dan emosional yang signifikan. Pada masa ini, pembentukan karakter kepedulian sosial menjadi sangat penting, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial modern yang cenderung individualistik. Namun demikian, realitas di lingkungan pendidikan menunjukkan masih rendahnya kepedulian sosial di kalangan remaja, seperti kurangnya empati, rendahnya partisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial, serta lemahnya kesadaran terhadap nilai-nilai kebersamaan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran remaja tentang pentingnya kepedulian social melalui pendekatan berbasis Pendidikan islam di MTsN 3 Pamekasan. MTsN 3 Pamekasan di[ilih sebagai lokasi sebab berpotensi bias memadukan nilai-nilai agama dan dalam penerapan kepedulian social bagi warga madrasah khususnya peserta didik.

PENINGKATAN LITERASI KEUANGAN DIGITAL MELALUI PEMANFAATAN PEMBAYARAN DIGITAL PADA PELAKU UMKM

The development of digital payment system technologies has driven significant changes in transaction behavior within society, including in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. One innovation initiated by Bank Indonesia is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which serves as a national standard for QR code–based payments. However, the level of digital financial literacy and QRIS adoption among MSMEs, particularly in Pamekasan Regency, still faces several challenges, such as limited understanding of digital financial systems, low trust in non-cash payment methods, and a lack of technical assistance. This community service activity aims to improve digital financial literacy and enhance the capacity of MSME actors to utilize QRIS as a safe, efficient, and transparent payment instrument. The methods employed include socialization, training, direct mentoring, and evaluation of QRIS implementation among the targeted MSMEs. The results indicate an increase in MSME actors’ understanding of the benefits of QRIS, improved digital financial literacy, successful implementation of QRIS in business transactions, and better financial record-keeping practices. This activity is expected to contribute to increased financial inclusion and enhanced competitiveness of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency
