Patience and Prayer in the Interpretation of Al-Baqarah Verses 45-46

Patience (sabar) is a crucial moral quality emphasized in the Quran, mentioned over a hundred times in both Makki and Madani surahs. Scholars like Al-Ghazali, Ibn al-Qayyim, and Abu Thalib al-Makki have highlighted its importance, with Al-Ghazali noting it appears seventy times and Ibn al-Qayyim around ninety times. Patience encompasses various meanings, including restraint, endurance, and perseverance. Given its prevalence in the Quran and its fundamental significance in Islam, particularly in Surah Al-Baqarah verses 45-46, this study aims to explore the concept of patience within these verses using a tahlili tafsir method and literature review approach. It draws from several tafsir texts and journals for reference, while also addressing the asbabun nuzul (causes of revelation) and the grammar of the verses. The analysis reveals that patience is not merely about self-restraint but also involves strong hope and steadfastness. Both patience and prayer serve as sources of spiritual strength, bringing peace to the soul and enhancing one's closeness to Allah.

Moral education in children is a crucial aspect in shaping their character, which begins within the family as the first environment where children learn. This study discusses the role of parents in the formation of a child's morality from the perspective of hadith, emphasizing the importance of balanced parenting between freedom and boundaries. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs library research and field study methods to analyze relevant hadiths from the Kutub al-Sittah, supplemented by observations and interviews. The findings indicate that parents play a central role in educating their children, as children tend to imitate their parents' behavior. An overly strict parenting style can hinder communication and encourage dishonest behavior, while a more flexible and attentive approach tends to produce children who are open, sociable, and emotionally intelligent. However, unregulated freedom can negatively impact a child's moral development. Therefore, a balance between granting freedom and establishing clear boundaries is essential to ensure the positive moral development of children. This study underscores the importance of the parental role in guiding children to maintain a balance between internal influences (family) and external influences (social environment).

This study aims to describe the strategy carried out by the Islamic Bank PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri to attract customers. Interestingly, because the location of this private bank is close to a government bank. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. While the results of this study are that the strategy used is able to attract customers, especially in gold pawning financing, which costs much less than in SOE Pawnshops. Safekeeping fees are calculated per day (daily costs). This is a special attraction for customers, so that it becomes one of the superior products at the SPM Sharia Bank. While the product introduction technique is by distributing brochures and hospitality to customers' and prospective customers' homes.

Peran Dzikir Thariqoh Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah dalam Meningkatkan Religius Santri Perspektif Teori Religiusitas Glock dan Stark (Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Gading Malang)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dzikir Thariqah Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah dalam meningkatkan religiusitas santri di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Gading Malang, dengan menggunakan perspektif teori religiusitas Glock dan Stark. Dzikir dipandang sebagai salah satu praktik spiritual yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ibadah, tetapi juga membentuk karakter religius secara menyeluruh melalui dima dimensi religiusitas: dimensi keyakinan, praktik, pengalaman, pengetahuan, dan konsekuensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk menggali data secara mendalam.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dzikir dalam thariqoh Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan religiusitas santri. Dzikir memperkuat keimanan (dimensi keyakinan), membiasakan praktik ibadah secara konsisten (dimensi praktik), memberikan pengalaman spiritual (dimensi pengalaman), memperkaya pengetahuan keagamaan (dimensi pengetahuan), dan mempengaruhi perilaku sehari-hari, seperti meningkatnya kesabaran, keikhlasan, dan soridaritas sosial (dimensi konsekuensi). Melalui praktik dzikir yang dilaksanakan secara rutin, santri memiliki kemampuan salam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai keimanan, memperkuat kedisiplinan spiritual, serta meningkatkan kualitas akhlak santri. Dengan demikian, Dzikir Thariqah Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah bukan hanya sebuah ritual ibadah, tetapi juga sarana transformasi yang membentuk kepribadian santri menjadi individu yang religius, berakhlak mulia, dan bermanfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar.

Exploring the Dynamics of Islamic Thoughts at MHM Lirboyo Kediri on Inter-Religious Relations through Bahsul Masail Analysis

This article examines the views and dynamics of the students’ thoughts at the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School in Kediri regarding inter-religious relations. The study was conducted only at the Madrasah Hidayatul Mubtadi’in (MHM) Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri because this boarding school is highly productive in publishing its legal opinions and serves as a barometer for the East Java and Central Java. The study aims to understand the students’ views at MHM the Lirboyo on these issues through an analysis of the legal opinions produced by the boarding school. The qualitative study primarily focuses on a literature review of published legal opinions supported by semi-structured interviews. In the issue of inter-religious relations, several issues have been comprehensively discussed, such as the issue of peace and religious pluralism, inter-religious marriage, the appointment of non-Muslim leaders, and the destruction of non-Muslim places of worship. From the discussion above, it appears that the MHM Lirboyo is still in the replacement model (exclusive) but is moving towards an inclusive attitude, allowing for tolerance in mu’amalah issues. Regarding non-Muslim leaders and marrying people of the book, the MHM Lirboyo prohibits it and categorizes it as forbidden and invalid. Meanwhile, in destroying non-Muslim places of worship, the Madrasah Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Lirboyo prohibits it regardless of the excuse, and the perpetrator can be given legal sanctions, either in the form of had (criminal law) or kafaroh. The method of legal discovery used by the MHM Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo emphasizes the istimbath bayani model with a diversification of texts model of Fiqh.

This study examines the contribution of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the development of hadith thought and Islamic education in Indonesia. The background of this research is rooted in the importance of hadith as a source of Islamic teachings that influence the morals and ethics of society. The issue addressed is how KH. Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts can be integrated into the current Islamic education curriculum. The method used is qualitative, involving text analysis and interviews with experts in Islamic education. The research findings indicate that KH. Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts on integrating hadith values in education can create a holistic learning environment that is relevant to the needs of modern society. This research is expected to provide new insights into the development of a hadith-based educational curriculum that can adapt to contemporary challenges.

This study aims to: 1) find out what modalities are owned by KSPPS NURI East Java Socah Branch. 2) to find out how the modalities of KSPPS NURI East Java Socah Branch. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The data sources are sumbe prime data and secunde data sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis techniques go through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study show that the modalities possessed by KSPS NURI East Java Socah Branch in maintaining its resilience are by having four modalities, namely economic capital, cultural capital, social capital and symbolic capital. The four capitals have proven to be able to maintain the resilience of the cooperative. This is in accordance with Pierre Bourdie's theory which states that in addition to mhodal economics which is generally in material form there is capital and accompanying in every domain, namely cultural capital, social capital and symbolic capital
