Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Membina Budi Pekerti Siswa SMK Negeri 2 Ngawi Tahun 2024
Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to determine the PAI teacher's strategy in fostering the character of female students of SMK Negeri 2 Ngawi. This research is a field research that uses qualitative research. Data collection researchers use the method of interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Based on the findings, the PAI teacher's strategy used in fostering the character of female students, among others: (1) Exemplary, which is to provide a good role model in speech and action (2) Habituation, by habituation to do positive things such as reading the Qur'an every morning, praying dhuha, reading asmaul husna every morning, and saying greetings when entering class during class hours, (3) Advice, advising students on an ongoing basis. This is able to create children to have good character and not do things that have been prohibited. The supporting factors in this strategy are strict rules, adequate infrastructure, and teacher motivation. At the same time, the inhibiting factors are limited learning time and lack of supervision of students.
