Abstract

In the midst of the corona virus outbreak, of course in the business world, it is very disturbed where human activities are limited, not to mention that competition in the world of trade is increasingly dynamic, encouraging the emergence of new companies in the field of goods and services. Large and small companies are competing to seize marketing places in various ways and efforts so that companies can sell as many products as possible to consumers who need them. Business actors are competing to meet the needs, desires and expectations of consumers so that producers can ensure that their customers remain loyal despite changes. For this reason, an entrepreneur must be clever in managing his business so that income will not be disturbed or business turnover will not decrease.
