KEMANDIRIAN EKONOMI ORGANISASI MELALUI POTENSI EKONOMI LOKAL PADA PIMPINAN ANAK CABANG GERAKAN PEMUDA ANSOR KECAMATAN BANDUNG KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

Abstract

This study seeks to elaborate and analyse in-depth the efforts to improve the economy of local economy-based organisations. This is because organisations are social and religious communities that have sensitivity to community problems. Moreover, GP Ansor is a social community organisation whose focus is to drive the economy of its members and the wider community. This study found that the Bandung Sub-District Branch of Ansor Youth Movement sees the potential of the local economy that can be utilised for the economic empowerment of the organisation. In improving the economic independence of the organisation, what has been done by the Bandung Sub-Branch of Ansor Youth Movement in utilising local economic potential is applied through various businesses in the economic sector.
