Strategi Implementasi Teacher-Student Rapport (Hubungan Pendidik Dan Peserta Didik) Yang Positif Untuk Membangun Pembelajaran Yang Efektif Dalam Kelas Speaking
Abstract
Learning in the classroom involves educators and students. During the teaching and learning process, it is necessary to improve the relationship between educators and students through the implementation of positive teacher-student rapport especially in speaking class. In this case the author describes the implementation strategy using two focus discussions, namely communication and class climate. Communication between educators and students is based on natural connections that must be grown and initiated by educators as learning control centers. Effective communication is used not only in activities in the classroom but also activities outside the classroom by building personal relationships with humor, everyday topics and not being judgmental. This communication is accompanied by a classroom climate that is created in affinity and harmony so that a sense of security and comfort will surround the learning process. The involvement of educators in the activities of students in the learning process builds a livelier climate and becomes a benchmark for learning success.
