The impact of globalization is like a double-edged sword, with positive and negative consequences balanced. Competition, integration, and cooperation are the positive impacts of globalization. Meanwhile, negative impacts include the birth of an instant generation, moral decadence, consumerism, and even permissiveness. In addition, other negative impacts are the emergence of violence, drug abuse, free sex, and crime. All of these negative things lead to the loss of national character. Philosophically, character education is the most rational and actual scientific study because it discusses human behavior that is not affected by changes in time. Students classified in this category generally need more time to understand concepts, retain information, and complete academic tasks. Failure to understand the needs of slow learners can have adverse consequences, including reduced motivation to learn, frustration, and potential withdrawal from the education system. Therefore, teachers play an important role in helping slow learners develop their full potential. After conducting research on teacher planning in guiding slow learners, the following are the steps taken by teachers: recognizing student characteristics and needs, setting learning objectives and activities, selecting media, methods, and teaching materials, involving parents and assistant teachers, and considering student grouping.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keywords: Planning, Teacher, Guiding, Students, Slow Learners.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>ABSTRAK</p> <p>Lamban belajar atau slow learner mengacu pada siswa yang menunjukkan kecepatan belajar yang relatif lebih lambat daripada rekan-rekan mereka. Siswa yang diklasifikasikan dalam kategori ini umumnya membutuhkan durasi yang diperpanjang untuk memahami konsep, menyimpan informasi, dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas akademik. Kegagalan untuk memahami kebutuhan siswa yang lamban belajar dapat mengakibatkan konsekuensi yang merugikan, termasuk berkurangnya motivasi untuk belajar, frustrasi, dan potensi penarikan diri dari sistem pendidikan. Maka peran guru diperlukan agar siswa yang lamban belajar bisa mengembangkan potensinya secara maksimal. However, globalization challenges and contemporary moral crises demand a transformation of oversight that is no longer merely administrative. Therefore, an approach to implementing prophetic educational supervision in Islamic educational institutions is required. This approach intrinsically integrates prophetic values and the self-image of Prophet Muhammad SAW into both academic and moral supervisory practices. Through the functions of research, evaluation, improvement, and development, the school principal acts as a supervisor providing professional services to teachers. The discussion demonstrates that the implementation of prophetic supervision effectively alters teaching behavior, fosters spiritual integrity, and improves student learning outcomes.
