Education of community means education providing the answers of communities' needs. Education by community means society is placed as the subject or the educational actors, not the objects of education. In this context, communities are demanded their role and active participation in any educational program. Indonesian society is muslims majority, so Islamic Education is needed in order to implement Islamic values in everyday life. <p><em>The concept of zakat economy performed in Nganjuk, has a fairly wide spectrum. </em><em>It is n</em><em>ot just the caricature and religious rituals, but more empowerment. Zakat is not only as a form of worship to God or moral obligation for Muslims, but also</em><em> has</em><em> function as fiscal alternative policy instruments to achieve </em><em>the </em><em>equal distribution of income among Muslims. Provision of social assistance from the rich to the poor or to other mustahi</em><em>q</em><em>. Zakat is expected to uplift the poor and helping the way out of the difficulties of life. </em><em>Helping </em><em>the problems solving faced by mustahi</em><em>q,</em><em> get rid of</em><em> </em><em>niggardly nature and</em><em> </em><em>tighten the brotherhood among Muslims</em><em>. Normatively, Zakat practiced in the lives of people in Nganjuk is the worship of socio-economics patterned, which can be used to prevent the accumulation of wealth in the minority of people and narrow the economic gaps in society. On the other hand, it also becomes a kind of social security act for "the loser" in the development process, and as social safety nets (certainty of the fulfillment of minimum rights) the poor that has as a control against the human nature which tends to be happy to the wealth accumulation. We can collect data on the level of the real needs of mustahiq zakat groups, zakat funds capabilities, and mustahik conditions thus leading to increase in the human welfare in Nganjuk. Empowerment in this context implies giving zakat to mustahiq productively with the aim that zakat will bring results and benefits. The distribution of zakat seen from its form can be done in two ways, namely: First, the instantaneous form and mustahiq zakat empowerment form productively, mustahiq in this category is mustahik of eight ashnaf that have ability, potential and power to work. Second, the distribution of empowerment form is the distribution of zakat which accompanied the target of changing mustahiq conditions into muzakki categories.</em></p>Mukhamat Saini

<p><em>Reading is one of four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), so it can be said that reading is a part of education. Reading is the reader process in order to get a message from the author in print media. Children who have reading habit is easily to increase their knowledge because they can explore the world through reading. Children need a sense of love to read a book, so it can raise motivation and a willingness to read. Parents who contribute as the first person to educate the children had a big role to build the children's interest in reading. Nowadays, children’s interest in reading did not appear in sudden. Parents should start thinking how to build children’s interest in reading. <p><em>The challenges of Islamic education in the era of globalization are getting stronger now. It’s visible clearly changes happening so fast. The rapid of globalization is not only affect for adults, but also children, adolescents. A problem that often arises in the community revolves around the problems of Juvenile (teenagers), education and social community. Because adolescence is known as self-identity searching, so teens that can fulfill their role will have a positive impact, such as children understand their responsibilities better, and if they cannot, then there will emerge the exact opposite behavior that occurs an aberration or delinquency (juvenile delinquency). The existence of juvenile delinquency at this time also affect increasing in crime or criminal behavior in community. Juvenile delinquency can destroy moral values, the noble values of religion, and the various aspects of the subject matter contained therein. Understanding, deepening, and adherence to the teachings of religion, especially Islamic education is required by the juvenile. Because Islamic education is a systematic effort by educators and adults to students both physical and spiritual by Islamic law to led the formation of personality according to the standard of Islam. Among the aspects of the goodness of Muslims are the superior quality of human resources than non-Muslims. The superior quality of Muslims that is referred to in the Qur'an are normative nature, potential, not reality that adhere permanently. The reality of that norm depends on the ability of Muslims themselves to take the advantage of that norm or the potential that Allah has given. But in reality, the human resources of Muslims today have not been able to demonstrate the superior quality. Therefore, in the global arena, both in the political, economic, military, science and technology, have not been able to demonstrate the significant role. So, Muslims should continue their effort to change this situation. Many ways can be done, such as the ways that we can do through the principle of helping each other through activities of Shadaqah, Zakat and Waq</em><em>a</em><em>f. It will cause a lot of issues, such as unemployment, increasing levels of poverty, public health, namely the spread of infectious disease, malnutrition children, etc. this condition requires the presence of efforts at community empowerment through POSDAYA (Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga). The establishment of quality family is not only the responsibility of government alone, but also required the active participation of the community, so it is needed a good cooperation among the community and government to create an independent community. <p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>The textbook is designed to serve the basic principles or aspects containing in the medium of instruction. At SDN Kwagean II Loceret Nganjuk, the textbook becomes the most dominant medium in the instructional process. Another problem in the utilization of the textbook, the textbook has not met the feasibility aspect due to the theory, model, students’ need and the improvement of the students’ motivation. Therefore, the developer aims at developing a product of Social Science (IPS) instructional package for IV graders of Elementary School to solve the existing problem concerning the textbook at SDN Kwagean II Loceret Nganjuk. Regarding the problems, the developer considers the importance for reorganizing the social science material for the fourth graders of elementary school by designing, trying out and producing it in the form of complete instructional package. </em><em>The conclusion of the field test done after going through expert analysis, individual and small group tests can be said that the textbook has fulfilled the students’ need even though there are some matters to be revised. It is expected that IPS Textbook for IV graders is able to solve the problems concerning the </em><em>instructional package</em><em> development that comply with the theory and learning model, so it can generate a learning source that is proper with the students’ characteristics, assist the students’ learning and create such learning condition that may improve the students’ motivation.</em><em></em></p>Muhammad Lukman Syafii

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>Ponorogo is a district that has the most poor community with disabilities in East Java. The existence of community with disabilities are on two important points, namely Jambon sub-district and Balong sub-district that reached 1,505 people. And of course, their condition is still very far from the standard of economic welfare. Therefore, it seems very urgent to do community empowerment with disabilities in Ponorogo in order to improve their economic welfare. This empowerment is implemented using the principles of emancipatory approach to doing community organizations through adult education (andragogy) using participatory method in community-based research (CBR). This approach emphasized the active role of the community in planning, implementation, and evaluation of research results. This program was conducted for 4 days, on October 24 to 27 until October 27, 2015, which including entrepreneurial motivation, training, manufacture of food products from cassava waste and food from cassava, and the training of financial reporting for UKM production, spiritual motivation of scholars. the follow up of empowerment activities is the establishment of a business group with the name of </em>"Mandiri Sejahtera"<em> in cooperation with various parties that supporting the production of marketers. The factors that pushed towards success in community empowerment with disabilities in Ponorogo were the attitude of openness towards others, and the support and participation of all stakeholders. The inhibiting factors were the traditional public attitudes and dependence. <p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em>Feminine Hygine Sirih is the one of cosmetic product by PT Ramos Inti Kosmetik. Nowdays, sales volume indicate decreasing because many competitors that aggress and imitate Feminine Hygine Sirih. This research aimed to analyze some factors it impact in sales volume. The independent variable in this research was Feminine Hygine Sirih’s sales volume with the dependent variable of counter amount with salesperson, instance amount, and promotion cost. The analyze method used in this research was multiple regression analyze. </em><em>The result of the questionnaire calculations show</em><em>ed</em><em> that </em><em>X1=15,778 > t tab</em><em>le</em><em> =2,074</em><em>, meaning </em><em>that</em><em> there </em><em>wa</em><em>s a significant effect of counter amount with salesperson of sales volume. </em><em>X2= –1,228 < t tabl</em><em>e</em><em> =2,074</em><em>, meaning that there </em><em>wa</em><em>s a significant effect of instance amount of sales volume. </em><em>X3=2,648 > t tabel = 2,074</em><em>, meaning that there </em><em>wa</em><em>s a significant effect of promotion cost of sales volume. Based on these </em><em>result</em><em>s c</em><em>ould</em><em> be concluded that </em><em>counter amount with salesperson, instance amount, and promotion cost were sicnificantly effect to sales volume. </em><em></em></p>Susilowati Susilowati

Agricultural organizations have gotten attention from academics and government since a long time ago, but the existence of the organizations have not been able to act as they should. this proved from the development of the agricultural sector has not been optimal yet, and in particular, the farmers in East Java are still constrained by the sale value of rice that low. The teachings of Islam regulate the human behavior, both regard as God's creatures as well as fellow beings, in terms of Usul Fiqh or Fiqh called the Sharia. the issues related to economic problems has been set in Islam. Islam applied the economic system by using of moral and law together for uphold the building a system that practical. Economic according to Islam is a set of common economic fundamentals are inferred from the Qur'an and Sunnah, </em><em>and a building which built on the foundations of according to each environment and period. </em><em>Islamic rules about the economy including the rules of perfect and complete. </em><em>Therefore, the application of the Islamic economic system in economic structure of community most likely will bring more to welfare and benefit of society itself. One of them is the economic empowerment of sharia through the mosques. The mosque is the smallest base closest to the Muslim community. Apart as the center of worship, Mosque can also serve as a medium of religious social development in economy to raise the welfare of people. Where there should be synergy between religious communities in preserving the integrity of religious harmony. Mutual respect and tolerance in conducting worship each religion respectively. There aren’t discrimination, intimidation and provocation to destroy the integrity of religious harmony. Sociologically, we have faith and conviction respectively. The problem of truth is a matter within the territory of each religion. Islam explicitly gives full freedom to people in matters of religion and religiosity. The Qur'an states that, "there is no compulsion in religion". God invites anyone who would have the faith or kufr against Him. Islam does not deny the existing religions. Islam recognizes the existence of these religions and does not reject the values of teaching. The freedom of religion and respect to religions and beliefs of others are the teaching of religion. </em><em>Besides that, it is an important thing for a pluralistic society. Harmony and religious tolerance should be maintained and preserved. Harmony and tolerance sustained in religious life will be able to create peace on earth.
