Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to comprehensively examine the positive nature of Al Haya' or shame from an Islamic perspective, state life, and the solutions offered for the nation's morals. This research method uses qualitative methods with a library research approach by looking for references from journals, articles, magazines, books related to the nature of Al Haya'. The results of this study indicate that the nature of Al Haya' when implemented in religious, social and state life will make baldatun thoyyibatun warobbun ghofur. Because it covers all crimes, corruption, social inequality, human rights and other socially deviant behavior. In this article, a solution is offered that Al Haya' is the basis for a person to have a state.
