This article discusses the strategic role of young kyai leadership in improving the quality of education at Pondok Pesantren Mambaus Sholihin Blitar. Through an adaptive and innovative managerial approach, the young kyai contributes to the design of learning programs, strengthens institutional management, and enhances the active participation of both students (santri) and teachers (asatidz). Using a qualitative-descriptive method involving field studies and documentation, this research finds that the young kyai is capable of driving educational reform grounded in traditional values and digital transformation. The impact is evident in the improvement of academic quality, student achievements, and the pesantren’s reputation at both regional and national levels.
