Kholid Thohiri kholidkangkholidthohiri120583@gmail.com<p><em>This article attempts to map the dynamics of religious fatwas from both of the religious social organizations in Indonesia, there are MUI and LBM PWNU East Java in order to responding the covid-19 pandemic phenomenon, which has an impact on the socio-cultural of the Indonesian transformation. The dynamic of fatwas both of the religious social organizations proves that Islamic law is a social change transformation, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The role of religion in order to responding the health issues and socio-cultural transformation can be seen through the religious social organizations activisme, one of which is in the fatwa decision form of the MUI and LBM PWNU organizations regarding the response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The role of religion through the fatwas has functions that first, to support the government policies regarding the response and the control of the covid-19 spreading; Second, to reinforce the new values ​​and the new norms; third, the criticism function toward the people's behavior; fourth, as a behavior guide. The socio-cultural transformation has implications also to the urgency of the Islamic religious education curriculum development. In the context of the Islamic religious education curriculum development, the idea of ​​Jasser Auda's system theory as an approach in developing of the Islamic religious education curriculum. The literature study method is used to collect, analyze and synthesize literature discussing the multifaceted functions of campus mosques. First, as a place of worship, the campus mosque helps maintain students' spiritual balance through religious activities such as prayer and other services. Second, in the educational dimension, the campus mosque becomes a center for religious learning through regular studies, lectures and seminars, deepening students' understanding of Islamic teachings. Third, in the context of community empowerment, campus mosques are pioneers of various charity programs and empowerment projects, creating social awareness and responsibility among students. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian <em>Quasi Experimental</em> dengan desain penelitian <em>Posttest-Only Control Group Design</em>.</p> <p>Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1) Konsep program tahfidz Al-Qur’an di SDIQu Al-Bahjah 03 Karangrejo Tulungagung yaitu program tahfidz Al-Qur’an memiliki tujuan mewujudkan visi misi sekolah yaitu mencetak generasi Qur’ani yang cerdas berintelektual, kebanggaan orang tua dan berakhlakul karimah, pembelajaran berbasis metode tashili yang terintegrasi dalam kurikulum muatan lokal. Metode tashili adalah metode yang mempelajari Al-Qur’an dengan mudah, cepat, dan benar dengan ciri khas sistematika huruf hijaiyah dikelompokkan berdasarkan makhraj dan irama bacaan menggunakan nahawan dengan diayun.
