Abstract

Indonesia has a high culture, one of which is Nganjuk district, which from a cultural aspect has quite rich diversity. One of them is the siraman tradition which is usually carried out at Sedudo Waterfall. The various myths and stories that color Sedudo Waterfall about its place containing mystical values have caused it to continue to develop into a tradition to this day. Tourist attractions that are known for their mystique are certainly inseparable from the myths that have developed. With this myth, the Sedudo Waterfall tourist attraction has a number of restrictions that visitors must pay attention to. One of these taboos is that you are prohibited from bathing using soap and shampoo because it will bring bad luck to those who do so.

KONSTRUKSI PEMIKIRAN FIKIH SOSIAL KH. SAHAL MAHFUDZ

This article reviews Islamic law and fiqh as a side of Islam that many struggle with the dynamics of life. Fiqh which is related to the reality of everyday life is a treasure that is wide open across time, time and human development itself. In reality, the idea of fiqh is mostly positioned as an absolute and tsawabit science, so that it becomes difficult to develop a spirit of ijtihad and reformation in a syumuli manner. This is where K.H Sahal Mahfudz tries to position fiqh as an analysis that is able to answer society's problems in a more progressive and transformative way. Social, societal and cultural conditions are facts of the ummah that also need a sharia foundation. This alignment and dialectic of fiqh with the social life of society is what K.H Sahal Mahfudz raised as a form of revitalization of sharia teachings that is sensitive to the ummah. It is hoped that the concept of social fiqh offered by KH Sahal Mahfud will actualize and optimize fiqh as a system of values and behavior that continues to develop in society.

PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-GHAZALI

This research aims to describe Moral Education from Al-Ghazali's Perspective.

This research is library research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection uses documentation methods, while data analysis uses inductive and deductive analysis.

The results of this research show that moral education is the core or peak of all forms of education. This education is actually the goal of the entire existing education system. So the main exemplary factor becomes a very important part of the teaching method.

This research aims to describe the Implementation of Islamic Religious Education Learning at Non-formal Education Institutions with the Package C Pursuit Program at PKBM Bumi Tulung Saradan Madiun

This research is a type of qualitative research. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis.

The research results show that there are several problems in implementing PAI learning. 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of subject hours, 3) the expertise of the tutors who teach is also not appropriate to the level they teach and 4) the diversity of students' religious knowledge considering the differences in their different backgrounds. The solutions to overcome these problems are: 1) planning, storing, arranging and deleting unused items, 2) making maximum use of time, 3) tutors should use the best possible methods so that students don't get bored and learning can be fun.

EFEKTIVITAS METODE DISKUSI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA DALAM MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK DI MI AINUL ULUM 01 KAROBELAH MOJOAGUNG JOMBANG

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the discussion method in improving student learning achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak subject and determine the influencing factors at MI Ainul Ulum 01 Kerobelah Mojoagung Jombang.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, so the presence of researchers in the field is very important. Data in the form of words was obtained from informants, while additional data was in the form of documents. The data collection technique is through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out by reviewing existing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verifying data.

The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the discussion method has a positive impact in improving student learning achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak subject. Evidence that this learning process is effective is that students are interested, motivated, interested and active during the learning process using the discussion method.

IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH KEBUDAYAAN ISLAM KELAS 4 DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NEGERI 1 JOMBANG

Abstraction

This study aims to determine the implementation and factors related to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the subject of Islamic Cultural History in class 4 of State Elementary School 1 Jombang.

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources were obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, the technical data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.

The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the Subject of Islamic Cultural History in Class 4 of State Elementary School 1 Jombang has been carried out well, this is because there is good learning planning from Islamic Cultural History teachers and the ability to compile and implement the Independent Curriculum teaching module.

The supporting factors are learning planning by teachers, motivation of the Principal and parents of students. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of interest, talent, student motivation, facilities and infrastructure and understanding of parents of students..

PENGARUH PEMBIASAAN KEAGAMAAN TERHADAP AKHLAK SISWA KELAS 8 DI SMP NEGERI 1 SAWAHAN NGANJUK

This study aims to determine the Influence of Religious Habits on the Morals of 8th Grade Students at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan Nganjuk.

This study uses a quantitative approach, because the data obtained is presented in the form of numbers and analysis based on statistics. The data that will be presented in the form of numbers in this study are religious habits and moral data taken from the research object. While the data collection methods used in this study are: Observation method, Documentation method and Questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, inferential analysis, and hypothesis testing.

The results of this study indicate that: religious habits have an influence on the morals of 8th grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan Nganjuk with a correlation coefficient of 0.602. This means that religious habits carried out by 8th grade students have a high influence on their morals. The coefficient of determination value in SPSS v.25 data processing is 0.355.

KONSEP HIDUP BAHAGIA DI DUNIA DAN AKHIRAT

This article focuses on a happy life according to the Qur'an. Happiness is described using the term sa'ada. Explaining several concepts of happiness that are also quoted from several scholars and scientists, as well as Muslim and non-Muslim practitioners as a comparison.

This research is a type of library research, book survey or documentary research. The process of collecting data from various literatures, both in libraries and other places, such as other written document materials, such as magazines, newspapers and others. Data analysis uses Content Analysis which is directed at exploring documents or texts that are widely published regarding the theme of the research.

The results of the study indicate that there is a common misunderstanding that happiness is described as material excess, abundant wealth, luxury, reward and heaven. The concept of happiness according to Islam can be obtained in the world and also in the hereafter. The Qur'an distinguishes between pleasure and happiness. Happiness (al-sa'a>dah, al-falah) is not only about fulfilling desires or lusts, but also two important aspects in ourselves, namely affective (emotional) and cognitive (logical). This is also different from pleasure (pleasure, al-farh, al-surru>r).
