This study aims to explore the application of core management functions—planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling—to enhance educational quality in <em>Raudhatul Athfal</em> (RA) and Kindergarten / <em>Taman Kanak-Kanak</em> (TK). Conducted at RA Baitul Maal and TK Bintaro, the research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with school leaders and teachers, direct observations, and document analysis to identify similarities and differences in management strategies. The findings reveal that in planning, RA Baitul Maal prioritizes structured and evaluative long-term plans, while TK Bintaro emphasizes curriculum innovation and technology integration. In organizing, RA Baitul Maal demonstrates better adherence to national ECE standards, whereas TK Bintaro shows room for improvement in aligning staff qualifications with assigned roles. Implementation strategies highlight each institution's uniqueness, with RA Baitul Maal excelling in religiously motivated activities and TK Bintaro fostering an innovative organizational culture. Supervision mechanisms in both institutions involve embedded and functional oversight, with differences in external monitoring based on institutional affiliation (Ministry of Religious Affairs for RA and Ministry of Education for TK). These findings underscore the importance of adapting management functions to the distinctive characteristics of each institution. For instance, the Arabic textbook <em>al-Lughah al-'Arabiyyah</em> for sixth grade contains numerous typographical and linguistic errors, potentially hindering the learning process. This study aims to identify and analyze typographical errors in the textbook, which was developed by the Curriculum, Facilities, Institutional, and Student Affairs (KSKK) team of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach and content analysis techniques. The findings reveal 28 typographical errors distributed across the material content, practice exercises, and vocabulary sections. These errors are categorized into morphology, syntax, and writing errors (<em>kitabah</em>). Most typographical errors involve incorrect writing of letters or diacritical marks (<em>harakat</em>), which may alter meanings and therefore require correction. This study underscores the importance of enhancing quality control processes in textbook development, particularly in editing and proofreading stages before publication. In fact, this intelligence will shape the direction of character education in accordance with the values contained therein. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to analyze the level of spiritual quotient and its orientation towards character education of Malang Raya students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey research type at four PTKI in Malang Raya. Data were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires and tests on spiritual quotient. The results of the study showed that the level of spiritual quotient of Malang Raya students was: 32% high, 62% moderate, 6% low with a mean of 85.07 which means that the level of spiritual quotient of students is good, while the orientation of spiritual quotient towards character education is seen in the wisdom taken from every incident and disaster experienced, always keeping promises, trying to apologize and giving happiness to others. This study aims to identify the strategic steps taken by Pondok Pesantren Wahid Hasyim, particularly in the Ahmad Syafi’i Complex, in responding to technological changes and the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with the head of the complex and the curriculum coordinator of SMK Ahmad Syafi’i Academy, as well as documentation in the form of observations, photos, and institutional records. The findings reveal four main strategies implemented: (1) establishing SMK Ahmad Syafi’i Academy to provide vocational education and training, (2) launching an <em>entrepreneur</em>ship program to foster an <em>entrepreneur</em>ial mindset among the students, (3) developing a programming boot camp to enhance students' digital skills, and (4) offering Arabic and English language courses to strengthen global communication skills. These strategies aim to equip students with the skills necessary to compete in the digital era while maintaining core Islamic educational values. A qualitative case study approach was conducted at SMPIT YABIS, an Islamic educational institution. Data were collected through observations and interviews with five informants. The findings reveal that teacher recruitment prioritizes internal recommendations, which enhances efficiency and alignment with institutional needs. The selection process involves administrative screening, written tests, and practical teaching evaluations, emphasizing both academic competence and religious knowledge. Professional development includes structured training, support for further education, participation in professional forums (MGMP), and reward programs. Financial incentives are provided to long-serving teachers and those who successfully mentor high-achieving students, fostering motivation and commitment. These findings contribute theoretically to the discourse on human resource management in Islamic education, particularly in integrating academic and religious competencies into staffing strategies. Practically, the dual approach offers a replicable model for similar institutions, blending academic excellence with character building within faith-based education frameworks. This research was conducted to provide innovation to Islamic religious education teachers in implementing learning for inclusive students in elementary schools. This research was conducted using a qualitative literature study method, in which researchers collected data from various library data sources. The results of this research are that Islamic religious education for inclusive students in elementary schools is important to understand and pay attention to. The implementation of Islamic religious education for inclusive students in elementary schools can use various learning models, namely: differential learning, team collaboration learning, the use of technology in inclusive education. and project-based character learning. These various models are considered to have effectiveness and efficiency values if implemented with inclusive students in elementary schools. This study aims to explore the application of school management in building Rabbani character of students at SMP Islam Terpadu (SMPIT) Permata Kota Probolinggo. The main focus of this study is to identify the Rabbani character values ​​applied, the implementation of character education programs, and evaluation techniques used in supporting the formation of student character. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of the study indicate that SMPIT Permata applies Rabbani values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, and discipline through integration in the curriculum, religious activities, and extracurricular activities. Educational programs such as reading Al-Ma'surat, congregational prayer, and social activities play an important role in internalizing these values. Evaluation is carried out with a point system that reflects student behavior and regular supervision to ensure the effectiveness of the program. This study provides insight into the importance of school management in building student character based on Islamic values, relevant to the challenges of the digital era. The research is grounded in previous studies that highlight the significant influence of teacher-led education on students' adherence to religious norms. However, challenges persist in Islamic-based schools, such as SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Pagak, Malang Regency, where some students exhibit low awareness in practicing religious norms despite the school's strong emphasis on religious values. This study aims to confirm whether inadequate family education contributes to these challenges. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, while secondary data were gathered through observations and interviews. The findings reveal a positive and significant influence of family education on students' application of religious norms, accounting for 44.9% of the variance. This indicates that higher levels of family education are associated with better adherence to religious norms among students. The study concludes that family education plays a crucial role in shaping students' awareness and application of religious norms.
