This research is aimed to know the difference motivation beteween married and unmarried students. The research used explanatory non experimental design belongs to comparative study with a survey approach. The samples of this study were taken from the population, they were female students of STIT al Urwatul Wutsqo 2013/2014. The  findings of this research showed that the to is negative and lower than ttable (-0, 68695 < 1, 99656) with df of 66 and degree of significance 0,05. The conclussion is the motivation of married students is different with the unmarried students.
