KONTRIBUSI ISLAM PADA SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI

Abstract

Islam contains the concept of existences of human life not only in the religion aspects, but also in the other aspects as its main studies. Islam, as the great religion, has already proven to keep surviving till today. On the other side, Islam society can increasingly prove the maturity in all aspects of life. In the pluralism of global society, it not only has reached the spiritual's maturity, but also has driven the pillars of global life. These bring Islam contributing a lot on science and technology development. However, Islam theory which is not proportional are still applied a lot by oriental’s group. By main object of Islamic studies (al-dirasat al-Islamiyah) such as ‘aqidah, syari'ah, behavior, politics, economy, social, culture, law, education, science and others, this writing constitutes one integral unity. Those objects complete each other. Therefore, it requires a study approach that is simultaneous and comprehensive to get perfect comprehension to those objects.
