Mudjtaba Bukhari thought, the educator of <em>Pesantren </em>Al-Bukhari Ganjaran Gondanglegi of Malang, especially about <em>Naqshbandiyah</em> <em>Tarekat</em> and <em>pesantren</em> education system has been implemented. The Tarekat only taught to rural communities outside the school and did not involve the <em>pesantren</em> pupil, except for those who have a minimum of ten years of living in the <em>pesantren</em> and have a practice of <em>syar'iat</em> knowledge well. The rationale of Kiai Mudjtaba towards <em>tarekat</em> and <em>pesantren </em>education system was his own knowledge of the community needs and the guardians’ demands. These do not deviate from the will of his father and grandfather. Besides, the educational system run by Kiai Mudjtaba follows his education before. The material taught in <em>pesantren</em> of Al-Bukhari is divided into three kinds, namely the Islamic religious, and general science, and language. Munirohaljep_90@yahoo.com<p>This article discusses the importance of developing logo therapy, especially in Islamic education, to equip the students in searching the meaning of life, so they can prepare to take part and compete in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) era. AEC is an interstate community in Southeast Asia that forms an absolute economic cooperation, The ASEAN region will be an open and single market based on the production of goods, services, investments, capital, and even labor. Logo therapy, on the other hand, is conceptually associated with the idea of ​​the meaning of life. This logo was actually found by Viktor Emil Frankl. It is the treatment or therapy that helps a person in finding the meaning of his life. Logo therapy in Islamic education teaches that every human have to have patience in studying, so it is expected to be able to every moral value experienced. In this case, the teachings of Islam, such as Logo therapy will teach Human beings always have great hope without any hopeless to achieve their goals. In facing the AEC, the students must have knowledge and endurance to achieve their success. This article examines the conformity of material in the textbooks with the learning objective of teacher handbook version of the 2013 curriculum entitled <em>Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti SD Kelas I</em>. This article is a library research using descriptive approach, data collection techniques was done by identification of student books, then the data was analyzed using descriptive-qualitative analysis technique. The result of the study concludes that the conformity of the material with the learning objectives from lessons 1 to 11 is consistent, from the 32 sub themes, 9 of which are partially fulfilled due to the lack of material meet in achieving the learning objectives. As an excellent school, this school has a target to prepare students to the next level. The school develops basic competence and competency standards into the curriculum that appropriate with the school's vision and mission, by adopting three curriculum, they are boarding schools curriculum, national curriculum and Cambridge curriculum. The job description for all citizens of this school has been divided well based on the field and ability of each. The functions of human resource management in this school have been well implemented, such as planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. SWOT in this case is used to analyze the principal's efforts before conducting an environmental analysis, both external and internal environmental analysis. Al-Zumar: 92017-08-15T16:23:52+00:00Ali Mustofaaljep_90@yahoo.com<p>This article discusses the concept of Islamic education and ulul albab in the Qur’an of Ali Imran verse of 190-191 and Al-Zumar vere of 9. The first verse has the sharpness of analysis, spiritual sensitivity, physical-spiritual balance, social individual and world-afterlife balance, usefulness for humanity, pioneer in social transformation, personality and responsibility. The concept of ulul albab in Al-Zumar of 9 emphasizes to human being who have existence of self as a servant, high obedience to Allah SWT, they are not arrogant, perseverance in worship and have high spiritual sensitivity. The equality of the concept in both verses is having a similar mission, they are the formation of a whole personality, or <em>insan kamil</em> (perfect).
