KEPEMIMPINAN PARTISIPATIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Abstract

 Participation in decision-making in an organization of Islamic educational institution or part of it has an important meaning. Open a space for the participation of the teachers and staff for making it the probability of getting a high-quality decision is greater than if done without participation. This situation occurs because it is assumed the participants (principals, teachers and staff) have diverse ideas about a problem. Delegation of authority has strategic impact for the maturation of the organization of Islamic educational institutions because it makes the teachers and employees are learning to assume greater responsibility. When linked with the concept of participative leadership, delegation of authority is a matter of support, although not identical. For teachers and staff, delegation of authority make the job challenging and it does have a meaning. If teachers and employees skilled in work, challenging work is one of the things that makes it like to work, love the workings and feel affection for the move to other work, in addition to making it ready to assume the responsibilities of higher education institutions to improve the professionalism of Islam.
