PENGEMBANGAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL GURU
Abstract
Managerial development is a consequence of the principal's position as a manager, as well as teacher social competence is a consequence of the teacher as an educator. Therefore, in the school environment, the managerial development of school principals in increasing teachers' social competence is a problem of very high urgency. The process of managerial development of school principals in terms of increasing the social competence of teachers which is shown to support improving the quality of graduates, can be carried out through strategies: focused development on the target needs of teachers' social capacity, development of strategies, technical and special approaches, development of managerial effectiveness and productivity of effective, innovative school principals and productive according to goals. The indicators of success depend on the quality of efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and managerial relevance of the school principal.
