Implementasi Pengorganisasian Pendidikan di SDIT Lampu Iman
Abstract
Humans are essentially social creatures. Humans have a series of needs that must be met to ensure the continuation of their lives. Among these needs are social needs. Different from other needs that humans have, social needs can only be met through cooperation with other humans. The collaboration of several or more people who have the same goal is called an organization. Education, as an element inherent in humans, must be organized in such a way that the goals of education can be achieved. Because education involves many elements that are combined in it, organizing education is something that must be done. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results of SDIT Lampu Iman show that the Implementation organization of education at SDIT Lampu Iman is structured and implemented well, SDIT Lampu Iman Organizational Management refers to the National Accreditation Body Standards.
