IMPLEMENTASI MODEL DEMING DALAM KEPEMIMPINAN
Abstract
Based on the researcher's field experience at the Bukittinggi City Education and Culture Office in 2023 and 2024, that the Head of Service as the Top Leader in leadership management in improving customer satisfaction and the quality of Bukittinggi City Education has not fully carried out integrated quality management leadership effectively. Especially in the fields contained in the Office. For this reason, researchers provide a form of solution that can be done, namely by implementing the Deming Model in Integrated Quality Management (MMT) or Total Quality Management (TQM) in the leadership of the Head of Service. As a result of implementing this model, researchers found that there was an improvement in the service and quality of education in Bukittinggi City. Although not all cycles in the Deming Model have been carried out by the Head of Service.
