Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Pendidikan islam di DTA Sabilul Huda Muslimun
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of management in human resource (HR) management to improve the effectiveness of Islamic education at DTA Sabilul Huda Muslimun. In the context of Islamic education, effective HR management is key to achieving the desired educational goals. This research employs a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the role of management in HR management at DTA Sabilul Huda Muslimun is crucial in ensuring optimal educator performance, competency development, and the maintenance of harmonious working relationships. Good management can enhance educational quality through the development of training programs and systematic supervision. In conclusion, the proper implementation of HR management at DTA Sabilul Huda Muslimun significantly contributes to the improvement of Islamic education effectiveness.
