HUBUNGAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA DI SMP IT KHAIRUNNAS KOTA BENGKULU
Abstract
This research aims to identify the relationship between students' ability to understand mathematical concepts and their ability to solve problems in Natural Sciences (IPA) learning at SMP IT Khairunnas, Bengkulu City. The main focus of the research is on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts related to science material and how this understanding influences the way they solve problems in science learning. The method used is a quantitative approach with correlation analysis. Data was obtained through tests of understanding mathematical concepts and tests of the ability to solve science problems, which were then analyzed using Pearson correlation statistics. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between students' ability to understand mathematical concepts and their ability to solve problems in science learning.
